I’ve been practicing at Vitality for over 9 years now. It was my first experience with Pilates, and while I’ve gone to other studios when traveling, it’s my Pilates home in Seattle. The Ravenna location has recently been remodeled, and it is a lovely and airy space. Vitality instructors are conscientious practitioners of the craft, and their dedication is apparent. My favorite instructors are Natalie, Andy, Autumn, and Vera.

Vitality has awesome instructors! I love how my body feels after a class. It’s the self care you deserve to keep your nervous system functioning well, repairing atrophy/ dysfunctions in your neuromuscular pathways, and creating stability that will improve the quality of your life. Classes at vitality are a priority for me and have been essential in my recovery from a severely herniated disc.

I have taken classes with Kim for five years and privates with her for another five years after the pandemic. She is immensely knowledgeable about body alignment and movement in space and about breaking complex movements into achievable components. My posture, strength, and sense of well-being have flourished due to her talent as a teacher and communicator. Absolutely the jewel in the Vitality Pilates crown.

I've been a regular at Vitality for 8+ years! Pilates has been great for me in remaining strong and limber and having good posture and core strength. I found Pilates to be one of the few workouts that I could do with wrist issues. I was also able to remain active through pregnancies and picked up again 3 months post partum (with no diastasis recti, which is far too common in women who exercise post-natal). I appreciate the targeted approach of Pilates, and the safety and pace that Vitality focuses on (and that it keeps me in shape!) As for teachers, I highly recommend MK - she is friendly and sets a great pace!

Love MK's, Liz', Mari, and Bree's classes. They are a mix of precision and power, with loads of options for leveling up or down. In my experience Pilates equipment classes are so helpful for incrementally and consistently healing chronic conditions. Check it out!

My private classes with Liz have been so good for me, my balance, and my strength. I arrived an older beginner and have come a very long way.
