I really enjoy learning yoga here. It helps me avoid back injuries at my work and I feel very relaxed after every class. I highly recommend this to any of my friends interested in yoga.

A gem in Ferndale! I'm so grateful for the level of professionalism, her background as a physical therapist, working with people like myself that are not naturally yoga folk, I'm amazed at how much my body is changing and how much better I feel! She even modifies when doing yoga on zoom and in classroom when there are different levels of students that have different capabilities! I travel far for quality instruction and am glad I do not have to since she is here in Ferndale. P.S. I rarely do a review and here I am:)

Meg is a great instructor who pays attention to every detail of each pose. She offers various levels of difficulty. Classes are held in a studio that offers an intimate atmosphere and a very friendly vibe. This is my third year attending her classes.

Started here for prenatal yoga, and still going for myself.
Meg is amazing at helping students find the right fit for their level and needs. She is an expert at modifications and supporting individual needs in each class, both challenging and supporting). There werenβt enough prenatal students to form a separate class, so she supported me in a beginner/gentle class.
Iyengar yoga is so intentional about movement. In a previous generic yoga class offered at a gym, I actually injured myself from moving so quickly between poses. With Meg, and as part of Iyengar practice, poses are made very intentionally and instruction is given (appropriate to the class level) to get the most out of the movements for strength and support.
Hands down best yoga experience Iβve had.
