Coach D at Wildwoods is excellent!
Daniel balances the class beautifully and all participants receive individual instruction for proper form as well as a healthy dose of encouragement! My teenage son and I joined together and it’s been a really positive experience. Come try it out…you will be encouraged in your own life journey as well as be surrounded by other really friendly participants.

I started my CrossFit journey in 2011 at CrossFit East Oahu. Coaches Keoni and Rose had me at aloha🌺 I have been to many boxes and gyms in Hawaii, Colorado, Iowa and Washington and nothing has compared to CFEO until I met Daniel. Coach D has a degree in Sports and Exercise Science and really knows his stuff. I was challenged with wanting to be at the same level I was years earlier. Coach D kept me on a path that allowed me to gain strength and mobility over time. Unfortunately a work injury put me in the backseat and I was put on light duty both at work and gym. Coach D created workouts for me daily on a mini whiteboard so I could be a part of the gym experience and workout with some really awesome people! Yesterday was my 1 year anniversary at Wildwoods Strength and Conditioning and I am super stoked to continue on with the awesome coaching of Daniel and the amazing athletes I get to breath hard, sweat and gain strength with! This gym is the real deal! Heart and soul 🏋️♀️💪🏼🤸♀️💕🤙

Wildwoods is awesome! Daniel is an amazing coach and the strength & conditioning style is not only super fun but also really helpful & practical for living a long and healthy life. Every minute of working out here feels like another day in my old age that I'll be able to walk to the mailbox and get off the toilet by myself. That might sound dramatic but it's true. Highly recommend Wildwoods for anyone who values their health!

I haven’t been with Wildwoods long, but I’ve enjoyed the time I’ve spent there and have really enjoyed working with Coach Dan. I am not the type of person that does well working out on my own. Dan has created a supportive team environment where everyone in the room has a shared goal. He is instructive, and patient with less experienced newcomers. He works the room and provides individualized attention to help with form, timing, etc. He puts a personalized touch in all that he does. I especially appreciate the text message check-ins and progress updates. He has already pushed me to try and do new things I would have never done working out on my own. I feel valued as a client and as part of the Wildwoods “family”. I’m looking forward to becoming a “new me” under Coach Dan’s leadership.

Daniel has created a great community at Wildwoods! He is so supportive and has worked so well with me and my unique, individual needs.
I need accountability and support to go to the workouts and do them. He does this in spades, while making workouts fun!
As an aging amputee, the strength of my long leg is so important to me - as well as overall strength. In the 5 months I’ve been working with Daniel, the strength in my long leg is very noticeable and daily activities are much more fluid.

Coach D changed my life! Before I started working with Daniel I was unable to keep up with my 5 year. Now I give him a run for his money. The best part is I can pick my kid up again. I always wanted to be apart of a gym but was scared of being judged and finding someone to take the time to understand my needs. Coach Daniel and all the members are so welcoming and caring.
