BEWARE: they have a new policies where they have your credit card on file and will AUTO CHARGE you a year later even for a Class Access Pass - which is essentially just the registration fee to be able to sign up for classes. So you pay the βregistration feeβ, take classes for a month, stop going and 11 months later they charge you again with only a month window to contest it. I get registration fees but when I asked for an alternative to the auto charge I was told no. And if you read reviews below, these kind of shady policies are common place here.

I come to WSC for pickleball open play and have had great experiences each time. Super nice facility, friendly staff, and the different activities are run efficiently. Itβs cool to be able to play on outdoor-style courts while also being protected from the weather. Great level of play as well - opportunity for competitive games while also being friendly to a range of skill levels. (Iβd recommend intermediate+ for open play, and they have classes to help beginner-intermediate skill development.) Staff is highly involved in keeping things well organized during the sessions, and they will jump in to play as needed to fill any gaps and keep games going. Compared to pickleball play at open forums like community centers etc, I appreciate that WSC limits attendance so you donβt have to have a lot of down time between games. Cool bonus that courts are available for private booking as well. Glad I found this gem!

See my comment below, if a small bucket is supposed to contain 50 balls, it still doesnβt make sense that it has 30ish balls? Iβve also bought medium buckets before which according to the website there are supposed to be 75 balls but it has 40ish balls. Is this also some typo??

I was unable to make it to my tennis court reservation due to last minute personal matters. I got an email the next day saying that I used the wrong court and had unregistered guests, threatening to charge extra fees. Seems like the staff didn't even do their job to actually verify who was at the court before sending such an email. Great job threatening innocent customers.

Edit: The owner responded saying they replaced their balls which is great news! Looking forward to going back soon and trying them out.
Original post:
Most of the range balls are way too old. The dimples are all gone.
Everything else about the range is solid so I'll reluctantly give it 4 stars, but they desperately need to get newer balls.

Iβve been taking adult tennis classes for about a year now at WSC and I cannot say enough about how great the classes and coaches are. Coach Bond, Maddi, Rocky, and Connor are all so helpful, kind, and theyβre really invested in the class. Their feedback has really helped my game improve and I always look forward to class each week. Thanks WSC, truly an epic tennis club. βΊοΈ

Iβve been to this driving range a few times and had good experiences β until my visit on August 9th, 2025. At 10:01 pm, with 8 balls left, the staff member abruptly told me they were closed, took the balls away, and shut down my bay. As I left, I saw him hitting balls with friends and other non-Asian customers still playing. My friends and I are Asian, and the contrast in treatment was hard to ignore. In all my years visiting ranges, Iβve never seen anyone kicked out on the spot like this. Deeply disappointing and unprofessional.

Iβm disappointed with my experience at this business. I had registered and paid for a 5 day kids camp but accidentally mixed up the schedule and missed it. I was surprised that no one from the business reached out via phone when my child didnβt show up. When I contacted them to ask if we could be moved to another session (which still had open spots), I was told no β and that Iβd need to pay the full fee again.
Their cancellation policy is extremely rigid: no refunds or credits within 7 days, even in cases of illness. I understand the need for policies, but a little flexibility and empathy would go a long way, especially when thereβs currently room in other sessions.
Additionally, communication has been frustrating. Itβs taken multiple business days to get responses to general inquiries, and this lack of responsiveness has made the experience even more disappointing.
I hope they consider revisiting their policies and improving communication with families in the future.

I took 5 Patterns and points classes. We were 24 people in the class and during the 5 lessons that i took the teacher only approached me 2 times to tell me what i need to improve. That's just hilarious! How am I supposed to improve if no one tells me shit?
They used to have classes named after the level you can play. I took numerous 2.0 classes, then took a few 2.5 classes and wanted to do more 2.5. Now since they dont have those type of classes anymore the front desk told us to take Patterns and points classes.
During that class we didn't do drills, no serves, no playing by the rules ( somw people there didn'tknow somw basic rules, bc obviously they came to learn but not much learning happened during the class). Plus the classes are more expensive now. And don't get me started on teacher's attitude.
Anyway, do yourself a service and go somewhere else if you want to learn how to play tennis.

I had a frustrating experience trying to book a tennis class here. I initially told the front desk I wanted to book a 5-class package, but within like 5 minutes I changed my mind and opted for just 1 intro class instead to see if I'm interested. The staff confirmed the change, and I was under the impression that everything was updated accordingly.
However, I later discovered that I was charged for 4 classes on my credit card. When I contacted them to request a refund, they declined and said their policy only allows issuing credit for future classesβnot actual refunds.
Itβs disappointing that they processed the payment for multiple classes without confirming with me, especially after I had already changed my booking. It seems like once you say something, they act on it right away, and if you change your mindβeven within minutesβyou cannot get the refund. I'm trying to process the refund request with my credit card bank.
Be cautious when booking here.
[Update]I got the full refund to my credit card. After all, I appreciate their resolving the issue proactively.

Woodinville Sports Club is where itβs at. Theyβve got indoor pickleball and tennis courts, which is a huge winβyou can play no matter the weather. The driving range is also a great bonus, and the prices are way better compared to other spots in the area. The gym is clean, has all the equipment you need, and thereβs plenty of space so youβre not waiting around. Honestly, if youβre going to get a membership somewhere, this is the spot. You get so much for your money, and the vibe here is super chill. Definitely worth checking out.

Looks like they try to use 12 dollars guest fee to make a fortune, let's see how that goes. Their tennis class never ends in time. We reserved our court at 8:30 PM, but the previous class start to collect balls right on the 8:30 clock. Once they collect all the balls from the court, it is already 8:37. Some students from the class still stand on the court and chat around. eventually they left court on 8:44. We reserved the count for 68 dollars. 15 mins is not playable due to the poor class management which costed us 10 dollars (15/90 mins). after our play, there is no reservation after us, we just keep playing for just 10 mins to cover the lost time due to poor class management. they charged my credit card directly without talking to me. Such a badass club. I also feel it is really hard to reserve a court, they never have a membership cap for the facility. As long as you pay the 120, you can be the membership. Now it became really hard to reserver the prime time slots unless you reserver 7 days ahead. I planned to cancel my membership, you know what? They enforce a 30 days in advance time for the cancellation. if you don't request cancellation 30 days before the due date, they charge you 120 again for the whole year without refund. So if you are not member, please stay away from this club. They don't care about membership benefits. they only care about the money in your pocket.

The new policy sucks. They start to charge guest fee for 10 dollars each. which is very expensive. You can't force every guests to be members because the location matters especially for tennis club. I think the management just try to rip off for each guest. I really hate to play in this club due to the new stupid club policy, but my team wants to be there. I wish this club can be bankrupt really quickly. ETC and gorin club will be way better than this wsc because they don't have any guest fee. They also police on the playtime. Even there is no reservation after your time, they will kick you out right after the clock. If they don't, they will charge your credit card without consent like robbery. Highly suggest to play somewhere else instead of this stupid club.

Registered the tennis class online, I played a few times before and I watch a lot of tennis games. I am also good at badmiton and table tennis. I noticed there's intro(2.0)and beginner class(2.5) classes. I registered and beginner class.
On my first class, there were 12 students and 1 coach. The coach Wen Wen told me I have to go to the intro class a few times in the middle of the classes in front of other students.
I was then introduced to the intro class coach Connor. I was hesitating to go to the intro classes and Connor told me I have to go to the intro class or cancel the class. Considering Connor is the coach of the intro class, I didn't think I had a choice but cancel the class. I had to go to another tennis club and this is a waste of my time.
I searched online there's not too much different between 2.0 and 2.5 and I do not think they can force the students to move between classes. The website doesn't say the student will be moved to another class nor does it say how one can qualify for 2.5 class. If I had solid skills, I wouldn't go to the beginner(2.5) class anyway. I pay the money to learn the skills.
The receptionist told me there's some other students moved to the 2.0 class. My guess is, the 2.5 class has more students than desired, there were 12 students in the class. So the coach had to force someone to some other classes to balance the load. I was definitely not the worst 2 among that 12 students in the class.
I think the coaches there need some education trainings and be respectful.

I've been going to the Woodinville Sports Complex for over three years, mainly for the golf range and gym. The equipment is clean and well-maintained, and amenities like a sauna and showers make the experience better. Although the facility is older, it's well-kept. Parking is usually easy, and I can find a machine without waiting long. The facility is open from 6 AM to 11 PM on weekdays, which is convenient.
While they offer pickleball and golf, the main focus is on tennis. The staff is friendly and open to feedback, and the family-friendly atmosphere makes it comfortable for everyone to work on their athletic goals.
I recently took lessons in tennis, golf, and pickleball, and everything went smoothly. James Kim, the golf instructor, made my first lesson fun and informative. This gym is perfect for my needs.

This property is surrounded by wineries and expensive homes and nice restaurants and nice golf courses and country clubs, yet looks like itβs been abandon? I stopped to use the Driving Range, I have hit balls a few times @Redwood, which is around the corner. This place must outsource their maintenance b/c itβs BAD! Brown grass or long grass on putting and chipping greens, with huge dead spots, virtually unusable and a waste. Golf balls are dead and cracked and $14 for a bucket!!!!! β οΈβ οΈβ οΈβ οΈβ οΈβ οΈ

I go here at lunch because itβs convenient. It is a little on the high side for the facilities, $12 for a medium bucket of HAMMERED balls. [Be careful with the cancellation policy] They require a 30 day notice before your next billing cycle starts to cancel your membership. If you are new to this facility, please make sure you can accept it, especially when you initially sign up for a one-month pass. I am new to the center and signed up for a one-month pass to reserve the tennis court. The online system forced auto-renewal and I could not cancel the renewal online. An email notification and a 30-day notice period are mandatory for cancellation. This implies that failure to notify the center via email of your intent to cancel on the day you subscribe to the monthly pass obligates you to pay for an additional month, regardless of your desire not to continue into the second month. The way they manage the membership seems unreasonable. Please think twice before you sign up for the membership.

The owners need to realize this is not a golf facility and the prices are outrageous for what you get, this is a low end driving range that is run down, the bays look like a cheap shed some first time builder looked up and took some spray paint too, half the time the balls donβt register off the top tracer, most bays donβt work period, major adjustment needed at start of every session. System does not read properly, youβre lucky if it reads at all, and this all cost you twice the price of other ranges in the Seattle area, I used to like to go here, then they went crazy with top tracer prices on top of balls, and over priced drinks. Your a run down facility, what are you doing!?!??

Very spacious and well-equipped gym. Personally, I joined for the gym membership, golf and tennis are not my thing. My favorite aspects of this place is the large windows and 360 degree view of nature when Iβm in the gym. Also, the gym isnβt very crowded, so I didnβt feel like I needed to wait to use a particular piece of equipment. Itβs also clean and organized. Well done! :)

They require a 30 day notice before your next billing cycle starts to cancel your membership. So, if you cancel the day after your billing cycle starts, you will have to continue paying for the 59 days. It is not possible to cancel online, and they did not answer my calls when I tried to cancel my membership, so I had to go in person to cancel it. When I arrived at the gym, the receptionist proceeded to tell me I could have called to cancel, which I tried, but they did not answer the phone.
The sauna has also been broken for months, and they have done little to repair it. Do not recommend this gym.

As a loyal customer since 2018 of the club, I watched how the club ripped off their customers by switching to pay-as-you-go price model but refusing to refund our pre-paid dues of the last month, among many other things(such as continuous price increase in the past years). But in this review, I'm just going to talk about a recent event that led to my separation with this club.
So to summarize, I was really disappointed by the confrontation of the staff at the club recently and decided to never go back to this club ever again.
On the night of 11/04/2022, when we were playing doubles, the front desk person walked in and interrupted our play, and made false allegations against us.
For most of our bookings at 8:45 pm court time in the past, we played singles. Only during that day we got some last minute participants so we admitted that it was okay for him to charge us the difference between singles and doubles.
But he seemed not happy with it, and went further to allege that we were always doing this in the past, and said to us he had evidence for it. We asked to see the evidence at the site, but the person was never able to provide such evidence to us.
As a loyal customer who paid between $1,000 and $2,000 to the club yearly, including court fee, lesson cost and membership cost before the price model change, I don't think anyone like me would deserve such an unfair treatment from any of the employees there.
I complained to the club but nothing happened, as always the situation with other people's complaints in the past.
Responding to the management response below: I complained multiple times before about different issues, and I barely heard back about anything, not even an update email to tell me the investigation is going on, and how long it would take. This is the first time I heard back from the management team, and it's through Google review, and not through emails.
I'm still open to learn what your investigation leads to, and I'll update my review to include the results of your investigation.

I made a reservation for their golf tracer for my brothers birthday. Got email confirmation that we had two bays reserved and thought we were all set to go. We showed up after driving all the way from North Bend and the young man at the desk said "we only have three tracers working right now, let me see if we have any available". I politely reminded him that I had made a reservation for the tracer and we should have them. He returns and tells us that there are no tracers available even though I had made a reservation well in advance. We then decided to go to the regular grass driving range. We were charged $2 for each spot for "maintenance". That is fine, however, there was not a single flat spot to place a golf ball and the maintenance fee was clearly not paying for anything. In addition, my husband asked if there were any left handed clubs that we could borrow, the young man said "yeah, we have some loners around" but did nothing to direct us where to find them and did not offer to get them for us. At the end of the day, we enjoyed out time but there was no need to drive from North Bend to use a tracer or mediocre driving range that had disappointing customer service.

After so many years being a member all of us members have been treated so badly. The club took members monthly dues and they repaid us by turning the club into pay as you play!! We members contributed to help survive Covid and thatβs how you repay us.

A great "small" club with everything you could want. It has multiple workout rooms, a basketball court, and if you're into tennis or golf then this is the spot.

Had a bad experience. Their responses are very bad Incase if you want to cancel the membership. They simply collect your credit card information and play with it. They have to give access to customers to control their membership plans.

I have been a long time member of WSC and have been very pleased with my experience. The front desk staff is helpful and friendly. I mostly play tennis but Iβve also dabbled in classes, the weight room, pickle ball and hitting golf balls I havenβt found any other gym that has the sports access and variety. They are constantly making improvements which I appreciate. I would recommend this club to anyone who wants to stay active, make new friends and have access to a variety of sports and fitness options.

It used to be five stars. The new management is less friendly and has made a bunch of annoying changes.

WSC driving range has Top Tracer and is well worth the $10/hr to use. Makes the driving range so much more fun and informative...Try it you'll never go to another range again!

I wish I could find some reason to justify giving this less than five stars because I love being able to find time where the gym is completely empty and lifting with my buddy. The service and front desk has always been phenomenal. They have remodeling and putting money back into the facilities. This place is beyond any expectations I had for a local gym and was more like the gym from a boxing movie. Great facilities and everyone there is super friendly.

This is an amazing facility with multiple tennis courts basketball courts and a full gym. Not to mention a full driving range. The pricing is super competitive close to a normal gym but with way more things to do. Not to mention Goreal Hudson is the best. Talk to him if you ever stop by

Review for tennis program-not organized. They do not have an administrative person to handle calls, or emails. Coach does not follow up on emails and calls for new enrollees and cancels on an
appointment for evaluation and does not follow up on rescheduling. It Is more expensive per class than Central Park tennis and facility is not as nice either.
