I have been attending classes at Yoga In The Center for a while now, and I canβt believe the difference it has made in my life! My mobility, strength, and flexibility have all improved so much, and I feel a deeper connection and awareness of my body every time I step on the mat. I feel more grounded, energized, and connected every single day.
Iβve taken just about every class β Gentle Yoga, Slow Flow, Yin, Vin to Yin, Vinyasa, Restorative β and each one offers something unique and uplifting. The atmosphere is welcoming, calming, and supportive whether youβre brand new to yoga or have been practicing for years.
Every instructor brings great knowledge and such positive energy. They create such a warm, supportive, and welcoming environment that makes showing up easy and enjoyable. I always leave feeling refreshed, grounded, and stronger than when I walked in.
Highly recommend this studio to anyone looking to improve their overall health, both physically and mentally and feel more present in your life, this studio is truly the place to be. ππ§ββοΈβ¨

Kurt is such an amazing instructor. I have been a guest at Yoga in the Center, and have been so recharged by my experience in his Yin Class. He puts his heart into his instruction, which make it a safe place to self reflect, stretch, and heal. Thank you Kurt, for doing what you love, and sharing it with others.

I had a wonderful experience with Yoga In The Center! The teachers were welcoming, available for questions, and very attuned to helping people during the class. The studio itself is clean, nicely decorated and contained all of the supplies necessary for a yoga practice. They also host workshops, which I look forward to attending in the future. Very sattvic studio. Highly recommended! βοΈ ππΌ

For years, I did yoga at home with YouTube videos before getting up the nerve to go to an actual studio. I couldn't have been luckier to have found Yoga in the Center -- and not just because I've lost 10 pounds and cured 99 percent of my sciatica in the first three months here, but because of the warm, accepting, and totally safe environment it offers. I'm gaining confidence in my practice every day and benefitting in more ways than I ever imagined. Love this place :)

Iβm a new student of Yoga. I have never practiced Yoga before. I received a 2 week membership from my son for Motherβs Day and I have tried a few different classes and each one has been wonderful. The instructors are very knowledgeable and so helpful. I hope to renew my membership and continue coming to these wonderful classes. Thank you to all the instructors.

Iβve been meaning to write a review for a long time. I have been coming to this yoga studio for close to a year now. I absolutely love all the classes and instructors. This studio has a great atmosphere and lots of tools that you can use. Additional bonus is a kettlebell yoga class for those who want to have a little more active weight training class.
But I am especially grateful for their prenatal yoga. This is where I instantly noticed the difference. I have been getting lower back, hip, and tailbone pains which I thought was a normal part of pregnancy. I thought I will just have to suffer for a few more months. After going once a week for a couple of weeks, I noticed that my pains that have been persistent for some time now are gone! I am 6 (almost 7) months pregnant and feel great. I highly recommend Yoga in The Center.

Fantastic! First time going to this yoga studio and I have nothing but awesome things to say about it! Sathya was my yoga instructor for vinyasa at 5:30p.m. This is my first time doing yoga and she had an excellent flow with music that matched very well. I was able to follow all of her moves and she also offered easier or harder options with some of the moves that were very helpful! She also came and helped to correct my poses and also offered the blocks so the moves were easier to maintain. I am so grateful for her expertise and extremely helpful adjustments that allowed me to get the most out of my session.
This studio is extremely clean which was a huge plus for me because I have little bit of OCD in regards to cleanliness in studios.
It was easy to find parking especially underneath where the garage is and it is free. I love the whole atmosphere and the ambiance of this studio. I definitely will be coming back here again with my husband who also took the class with me for moral support. He's more into hot yoga. This was regular vinyasa yoga. Although he was also very impressed. Will be purchasing a full membership when we return on Monday for Sathya's 5:30pm class.
Definitely recommending to family and friends and anybody who is interested in trying out this studio in Mill Creek. Excellent for beginners and I'm sure experts as well.
Thank you and namaste!

This studio is more than just an amazing place to practice yoga: it is a place where you are welcomed as part of community the second you walk through the door.
Classes are exciting, as demanding and challenging as you yourself want to make them, filled with humor and general cheer!
The instructors are knowledgeable, gentle in corrections, enthusiastic and charismatic!
It feels like even when we are working hard, we have so much fun, you canβt wait to get back to the studio.

Exceptional Yoga Experience
I recently had the pleasure of experiencing Yoga In The Center, located at 15117 Main St UNIT 207 in Mill Creek, WA, and I must say it was nothing short of fantastic.
Firstly, the instruction provided by top-notch instructors such as Janet, Erin, and Shelby was truly exceptional. Their expertise and guidance made each class a rewarding and enlightening experience.
Secondly, I found the class size and scheduling to be incredibly convenient. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced yogi, you'll find a class that fits your schedule perfectly.
Lastly, the cost of the unlimited membership is absolutely worth it. The value you receive in terms of instruction, variety of classes, and overall wellness benefits far outweighs the fee.
In conclusion, Yoga In The Center is a gem in Mill Creek, offering excellent instruction, convenient scheduling, and great value for your yoga journey. Highly recommended!

I felt welcomed and at home when I entered the studio. Classes arenβt huge and the individual instruction for improvement during my practice is greatly appreciated. Fellow students and instructors remembered my name and the environment creates a sense of self to make practicing yoga enjoyable.

Very warm and inviting, feels like home. Yoga is tought in a way that makes sense. My body pain has almost completely gone away. I used to have major back pain. The somatic classes are gold! I recommend private somatic work with Carrie the owner. I went to a kettle bell yoga class on Sunday and it was great, super challenging yet doable. Check these wonderful people out!

I've been doing yoga for about 20 years and have worked with multiple studios in Seattle. They all request that students arrive early but in the event that a student is 5 or less minutes behind, I have never seen a staff member or yoga teacher turn a student away. Yoga in the Center however has a very strict on time policy apparently because they turned myself and another student away. I crossed paths with another student on my way to a prenatal class and was informed that they wouldn't let me in. I went upstairs to the studio anyways and the lady that answered the door didn't even greet me all she said was, "the class is closed." Obviously I already knew that at that point and she was making an assumption I was not already aware. I told her I understood but that at this point I wanted to reschedule the class because I prepaid for it. She responded saying that they hadn't charged me yet because I wasn't taking the class. I told her I'd already received a receipt and then she clarified that I would have a credit that I could use for another class. A credit would be fine under normal circumstances but if the prenatal class is only offered two days a week and one of the two days doesn't work and I am close to my due date, then that policy is a bit stringent. The manner in which she was speaking was also very unfriendly and unwelcoming with a condescending tone said, "Coming 5 mins before is best ." The reality is, she doesn't know what the circumstances were which caused me and the other lady to be about 5mins behind. We are late in our 3rd trimester, have families, dealing with pregnancy is hard enough, have a little grace, compassion, flexibility and kindness in your arrival time policy and well as credits or refunds. As much as I wish my world revolved around yoga, it doesn't.

My husband and I have been taking advantage of the amazing 18 days for $18 deal. What a great way to allow us figure out which classes best suit us without breaking the bank! The teachers have all been wonderful and the smaller class sizes create a comfortable atmosphere. Love it here!

I absolutely love this studio! I have been going here for almost 3 years. It has a warm welcoming vibe and extremely knowledgeable instructors! Depending on how I feel that day I can choose from some challenging vinyasa to healing somatic restorative! I really love the yin and somatic classes for releasing built up stress and tension. It is a great place to connect and recharge!

I strength train up to 6 days a week and was looking for a yoga class to help with sore, tight muscles. After trying two other local yoga studios I found Yoga in the Center. I was able to quickly and easily register/pay for a session online. I love that I was able to have 18 sessions for $18 as a new participant. Upon arriving I was greeted by owners Carrie and Bruce. They are both so friendly and made me feel welcome. I haven't practiced yoga in several years, Carrie watched to ensure my posture was appropriate and made me feel special not bad when corrected. The next week I talked my husband into joining me. He was nervous as he hasn't practiced yoga, I told him to speak up if he had a question. He said "I thought you weren't allowed to talk during yoga." I told him it's not that kind of studio, they want you to learn.
If you are looking for a warm, inviting, beautiful place to practice yoga I highly recommend Yoga in the Center, you will be happy that you did. Namaste.
