Attended one of the classes with my dad and loved it!! The atmosphere was amazing and everyone was so welcoming. As first time yoga-goers, this is exactly what me and my dad needed!

I would not recommend this studio. The smell of the studio alone was enough to make me not go back, but for additional detail, the studio itself was incredibly small, the playlist was awful - think Cotton Eye Joe (literally), and the sculpt class was not challenging at all. I am not sure what fitness level this studio is geared towards, but when I think yoga sculpt I think Corepower and this is far from that. This felt like a 50 minute warm up rather than a workout. I can’t speak to their traditional yoga classes, but the smell in the studio was truly awful and unfortunately, due to that I won’t be returning to try other classes.

Watch out for hidden fees that make the membership price double. You get $15 fines for not attending scheduled classes if you have a conflict even though the class is half full. They prohibit you from entering class if you are more that 5 minutes late. It doesn’t matter if you are discreet and slip into the back.
The GM was very condescending and unwilling to work with me when I had a medical condition that kept me from coming or led to me leaving early. I was was a founding, active, member of the new studio and had high hopes. Very unfortunate as I enjoyed the classes. Management is not customer focused.

I absolutely love this studio. The instructors are kind, intuitive, and deeply knowledgeable. Each class feels welcoming and grounding. I always leave feeling calmer, taller, and refreshed. This is truly a place where you can breathe, move, and reconnect with yourself.

I tried Sculpt and Flow class at Yoga 6 this Sunday. The newly opened studio was spotless and the vibe was super welcoming. Our instructor Brianna was upbeat and encouraging, and offered modifications for first timers like me. It was great to meet the owner at the studio as well.
I left feeling strong, centered, and totally recharged.
Highly recommend!

I have been looking forward to YogaSix opening in Issaquah.
First impression-
Booking: I have an unlimited membership. Couldn’t book a class online. Called twice, no answer or call back. Finally got through via email.
Front staff: Three people working the front desk. Not one looked up to say hello, welcome people, or explain what we were supposed to do (to sign in, where to put things, any basic info about the studio). For a new studio, it felt so impersonal and disconnected.
Studio: small, very little space between mats/people. Can’t extend your arms out horizontally without touching your neighbor or their mat. Surprised they settled on a space that is so small.
Class: Nate led a great restorative yoga session that felt fantastic on my body. Blocks, straps, and bolster provided. Great shoulder and hip openers.
Ultimately, I was hoping for more space (not feeling claustrophobic while practicing) and weekday afternoon classes starting at 4:30/5pm. Going to stick things out a month or two and see how the adjustment goes.

Really excited for YogaSix to open in Issaquah! Love the variety of classes and the welcoming vibe they’re creating .
The pre-opening communication and promotions have been exciting, and the Founding Membership offer feels like a great deal.
Can’t wait to meet the teachers, experience the studio atmosphere, and finally roll out my mat here. This is going to be a wonderful addition to Issaquah’s wellness scene!
