Young Fitness and Performance, led by certified personal trainer Isaiah Young, empowers individuals of all fitness levels to reach their health and wellness aspirations. With three years of experience, Isaiah specializes in athlete conditioning and has successfully guided clients from different backgrounds, including professional football players and beginners, to achieve their fitness goals. Operating out of Mill Creek, WA, Isaiah offers in-home and in-club training sessions in various cities across the region, including Bothell, Lynnwood, Edmunds, Everett, Mountlake Terrace, Shoreline, and Kirkland.

2025 Update: I have been working with Isaiah for a year now and I am so grateful for his guidance and support! He is wonderful to work with and I am so excited to see the progress I have made. My goal has been to build strength and endurance, lose fat, and build muscle. Over the last year I have lost almost 20 lbs of body fat and gained almost 14 lbs of lean mass (see photo clip from my recent InBody scan) and this was done by eating a healthy diet and averaging only 1-2 workouts per week, so it is very doable for anyone! I highly recommend Isaiah!!

Isaiah is a good personal trainer and one of the unique ones. Unlike other personal trainers, he is more chill and calm but still just as helpful as the others. He taught me something that no other trainer has taught me before: how to pick up weights correctly with the right posture. Dude is awesome! Helped me out with my weight loss journey, couldn’t make it anymore easier. Simplified the eating, and cutting out the sugar was an easy process. I thought I would struggle personally with the sugar craving, but his knowledge is foods has helped me fight the craving really well. Very targeted workouts too! Had a shoulder injury and he helped me overcome some of the mobility. Highly recommend!

I trained with Isaiah one-on-one to improve my kickboxing abilities. I came to him as a beginner, knowing pretty much nothing about the sport, but he was a great instructor who adjusted to my learning style and put a lot of thought and effort into teaching me the basic foundational skills needed. He is a great teacher and trainer who planned a great workout every session, but what i found most useful was how he leveraged his experience as an MMA fighter to teach me techniques and practical skills that are useful in both the sport and in self defense situations. He prioritized a clean execution of every skill over teaching a ton of flashy moves every week, made sure our training was balanced between offense and defense, and did not neglect the mental aspects of the sport, including how to read your opponent, how to react under pressure, and how to build habitual movement through repetition. Though I still consider myself a beginner at kickboxing, I saw a ton of progress after training with isaiah, and I would highly recommend working with him.

Isaiah has been my top pick in trainers out of the few I’ve tried. If you give him the time, you’ll find a trainer who gets to know you and your boundaries and when to push you to do those 3 more lunges

I trained with Isaiah for 1 year and it significantly helped me improve my fitness levels. I improved my strength training from lifting 20 pounds to 60 pounds for upper body exercises, and from 65 pounds to 120 pounds for dead lifts.
