A extremely clean facility, Also the best equipment I’ve had the pleasure of using. Staff was eager to answer all my questions. I purchased some of the Alpha fit protein, greens & reds . Really love this space! Has a nice free weight gym and comfy atmosphere .Tim and Susan are fantastic. Tim will get you in shape and Susan will preserve your youth. Very personable and they make sure to take the time with you that is necessary to do it right , discuss all concerns and any future treatments needed. Highly recommend!
