We are currently bringing our 10 year old daughter here. Master Chang is not only here to teach a martial art, but also helps the kids find confidence, team building, and discipline, all while having fun. I highly suggest bringing your kids here and investing in their lives. This is an experience that's gonna follow them their while lives.

Master Chang is Phenomenal! He has the most incredible patience, and teaches very young children to teens! Stop by sometime and watch from outside! Every kid who is long term is so very eager to get here for their classes! My son is a beginner. We chose Taekwondo because he has some physical health issues and physical therapy did absolutely nothing to help him!

We are about 2 months into a 6-month agreement and my sons health is on the up and up, along with his confidence and his self image. We were not sure what to expect when we joined this learning center but I can say that it was the best decision we have made in joining!

In addition to his heath and mental benefits, I have yet another gain to add to this enterprising list, which is that no bully will ever darken his doorstep again! He has taken his personal safety into his own hands and has thrown off the fear he has been living with since second grade. Master Chang is not only a healer but a restorer of Love and Light in the heart and soul of my 9-year old boy! We are here for life!

Chang's Taekwondo & Fitness is a wonderful place to be. It's a warm inviting environment for everyone. I'm happy to have been introduced to Master Roger & Associates. They're are attentive and very accommodating, not only to their students but also to the parents. Their method of teachings are consistent and effective throughout the center.
