Best work out environment Iβve ever experienced. All of the coaches are so helpful and encouraging. They are willing to meet you at your current fitness level and help you accomplish your goals. I have accomplished more than I ever thought I could imagine with the help from these coaches. I went from working out maybe once every few weeks, to working out 5 days a week!
I was nervous at first to give it a try, but after I did, I was upset I didnβt try it sooner!

Love it. The equipment, the workout design in set up, variety, and different emphases on different workout styles (endurance, strength, and power), the energy and environment the coaches foster and the type of people that attend- it has become a great joy to my life in many facets! The results from the workouts are evident as well, so that is also very motivating (which you would think would be the primary reason for a fitness class), but it becomes so much more π§‘ #OTF #morethanagym

π§‘π§‘π§‘ Outstanding coaches and program! I highly recommend trying a class. There is a wide range of ages and levels of fitness. They make it easy and you determine your personal goals and how much energy you exert. I joined 2 years ago and have been hooked. It is a positive energy supportive community. I typically go 3-4x a week. I just show up with water and a towel and burn 500-600 calories in an hour. The weights have been the most beneficial for me but the rower is helping with upper body strength
as well. I have increased muscle mass and decreased my fat mass one class at a time. π§‘π§‘π§‘

Still in the first couple weeks but the customer service and facilities are great so far. I both love and hate the workouts so they must be just what I need, haha!
