Staff is generally nice, and the place is what you'd expect from a chain of gyms. As for the one star, when I went to cancel my subscription, the manager was in a hurry to get out. I gave a name and number, and was told that he would take care of it when he came in the next day.
Judging from the amount of stars given, you can probably guess what didn't happen. Now I'm out $35 while in between jobs (which I had explained to the manager.)
You're more likely to get in touch with someone going directly to the gym itself, but you need someone to actually be there to let you in since they have an RFID sensor. Pretty standard for a 24/7 location.

Went here to talk to someone in the middle of the week and afternoon. Cant actually get in to talk to anyone or have a tour, there's just a number on the door. If I wanted to call, I would have done that from home. What I wanted was to view the facility like I'm able to do everywhere else in the area.

This gym is a fantastic place to work out. Everyone is friendly, the atmosphere is great, and it is open 24/7. They have ample equipment to make the most of anyone’s work out. I enjoy being part of this place.

The owners were completely rude to me after paying good money for there member ship. I went in to pay and the male owner said it was already paid so the next time I went in my card didn’t work. There was about 8 costumers their and they said my payment didn’t go through in a rude manner and I asked if I could work out and I’ll take care of the monthly fee after the tended to the other costumers and the rudly said no. So after being embarrassed in front of all those people and seeing how they treat their clients. I will gladly go somewhere else and let everyone know how they handle their business for a over priced gym. Planet fitness has everything they offer and a lot cheaper without the attitude
