Air conditioning has been broken (after raising the price of the monthly membership) for roughly two months and there has been no communication about it. No email was sent and no signs anywhere of when it’ll be fixed. I texted the owner and have not received a response. Their solution to the ac being broken is very dangerous. I love this gym and the atmosphere but I am considering going elsewhere because of safety concerns.

I don't understand businesses like this. I've been trying for days to get a hold of someone for how to get a membership lol. Filled out form online, never got any reply. Tried chat message through site. Can you imagine how much money they've lost by not responding to people.

Edit: so it appears that the only way of getting anyone to contact you is by leaving a bad review.
Also thank you for confirming that you did see my form filled out at 2am, and still several days later still never replied lol.

I got a text after visiting their website. I just asked what the rate for a few sessions was, and was told that it's not a good idea to join a gym that's far from my home... I live on Wiley ridge I'm not in Chester. Whoever text me said they have online training if I'm motivated. Wanted to just go use machine for a few but .. guess I'm supposed to sit here on the couch and talk on the computer about getting fit? The reason for a gym is to motivate and u get a trainer cause u need pushed. If I was that dedicated I wouldn't be looking online to find a rate for only a few sessions. I'd already be a member somewhere. Not a great business motto.. if u can't walk here we don't want u. Guess I'll Netflix n chill.

Tried to call and walk in, no one answers the phone or opens the door. No way to create a membership because there's no online portal and no one lets you inside.

Good spot to go and get the work in, still new as a member here but this facility has all the equipment I need and the owner is open to ideas for different equipment also. Clean and organized well.

Weirton Family Fitness is by far the best gym in Weirton!! The trainers are so caring and want to see you succeed. Everyone is so willing to help and answer any questions. The classes are so much fun!! Jess’s energy definitely rubs off on everyone in her classes. The fact they let me bring my 14 month old daughter and let her watch the classes definitely makes it easier for me to go to the gym. No other gym in the area allows kids. The only thing that would make it perfect would be a play area for the kids.
