This is the best work out! I have been a runner for years and needed something different. I was immediately addicted and started seeing results within a few weeks. The staff is great, they are with you at every station coaching and keeping you motivated. It is a full body workout and fun at the same time. I highly recommend 9Round in Franklin!

I love that there are no class times. I just show up and get started, and 30 minutes later I leave dripping with sweat! The workout is different every day and very challenging. There is always a trainer on site to give direction, encouragement and workout modifications.

I joined the 9Round Franklin family about 6 weeks ago and it was the best decision ever! I have had a hard time shedding my baby weight and my son is now 2 years old.... I always say I am going to start working out, ill go to the gym tomorrow, blah blah.... I go 1 time and then get bored just walking on the treadmill or trying to find things to do to stay motivated and i quit... The first time i went to 9Rounds to try it out I was hooked. The workout was intense but fun at the same time. I was sweating my butt off but it felt like i was done in no time. I LOVE how fast the time goes, how the stations and workouts change daily, and the results that I am seeing already! Keith and Laura will push you to your goals and make it fun along the way. I've been at Franklin 9 Rounds for 3 week now. I was a member at a different 9 rounds a year ago and stopped for several months. I was so happy to see one in Franklin. I feel at home again! The trainers are wonderful, encouraging, motivating and non-judgemental. The price is well worth it and you are in and out in 30 minutes. The workouts change everyday and they always look to challenge you.
There are 9 stations, you work hard for 3 minutes at each round with 20 seconds in between doing squats, lunges, etc. before the next round. Whether you are a beginner at working out or advanced they will work at your fitness level. If you are looking for a change in routine, enjoy circuit training and want to have fun doing it this is a perfect workout for you.

I cannot recommend 9round enough, especially with the WONDERFUL trainers at the Franklin location! It's a full body workout, in a half hour, with no class times. I've been going to 9round since November, and haven't looked back. It's the best!

I have just completed my first month at 9Round in Franklin and I absolutely love it! I didnβt want to write a review too early as I wanted to get my teeth into the workouts and I have to say that they are amazing. For those of you who are short on time, 9Rounds is for you! For 30 mins, you get an awesome instructor (Keith and Laura!) who motivate you to work hard. I have yo-yoβed in weight and 9Rounds has already helped me shed pounds while having fun AND relieving stress. More importantly, I feel great about myself. If you want to feel great about yourself, burn calories, shed weight and meet some awesome people, then 9Rounds is for you!

I have just completed my first month as a 9rounder and have only great things to say. I love the quick 30 minutes-just walk on in no appointment or class schedule to keep! What you would spend on just a trainer you get included in your membership! The trainers are so motivating and kind! There is NO judgement and they are your biggest fans when you are working out! The circuit training is great and every work out is different! I am excited to stay with this and see the results! You will not be disappointed! Your body and health will thank you!
