My kids love their classes! They have so much fun and love showing off what they've learned.

Not very interactive with the students. A bunch of shy teenagers teaching the classes. They don’t help with form, hardly speak

Ms. Belle is a sweetheart the class just wasn’t for us. However, whoever answers emails needs to be trained with customer service in mind. I emailed describing my concerns and I got zero response or friendliness back. Just told me when my daughter’s last class would be. It feels like they just care about the money not the parent/child or class.

Children came to a Birthday party at this facility, my son has Autism and was treated very poorly by the teenage employees conducting the party. Deserves negative stars.

My experience was similar to the experience of β€œAutumn” (see review below). As I did not cancel my membership before first of the month, it was much preferred to just pay for the month without attending the last four classes. Very unwelcoming from the receptionist to the teacher. It was clear that the non-White children were treated differently from staff members as compared to how the White children were treated. It was a very disappointing experience.

We’ve done morning weekday classes last year and it was great. When we came back and did a weekend class it was terrible. The class we had with Alyssa was not good at all. They did no assisting of skills or obstacles, no talking- I’m telling you they NEVER say hello or introduced themselves and we went 12 weeks of this. I sat in on a class and they barely said anything to the kids besides β€œsit on your dot”. They’d ignore my daughter when she’s speaking to them, Alyssa just stands against a wall and points to a station the kids need to go to. Whoever assisted the class with her did more than her but even she was too bothered to be there. I’ve seen them get annoyed with kids and eye roll/huff. This is a class of 3 year olds!! When one was told to hold onto a rope, the toddler held something and this lady responds with β€œthat’s not a rope!” These poor kids who need confidence instilled into them are being berated and ignored. My daughter started crying whenever we told her it was gymnastics day, that’s when we knew it was time to leave. Both my husband and I complained about the experience and nothing changed, so we withdrew and enrolled elsewhere. Even the receptionist is uninviting, she didn’t seem to acknowledge our complaint at all. Maybe it’s just a weekend thing with the weekend employees (but good service should be every day) but we will never be back.

Altius gymnastics hosted the Gimnastics State meet last night at Milwaukee sport complex ,,,, was very bad experience , they concentrated more an selling gift instead of selling food, our meet was 6 pm - 8:40 pm and a lot of families with their kids was hungry , we had to stared order food from somewhereπŸ‘ŽπŸ‘Ž
Not only that,, one of the vendor machine was out of service ,,,, very bad experience compared to the State meets before ,,

Nice job getting the negative reviews that you don't like deleted Altius, that's all you should get props for. Like we said before, this is not a good place for birthday parties, it's not inclusive for all needs of children and the birthday parties are like a boot camp with a drill sergeant. Have fun watching your kid sit in a line and barely move the entire time, then the employees get irritated when the kids are having fun or talking....for a childs birthday party.? Waste of money and time, go somewhere else for a children's birthday party.

Very nicely run facility classes are not too overcrowded so you still get a great teacher student ratio with lots of individual attention.

Can you change the claim here that your staff wear masks? Almost none of them do.

We just had our 6 year old twins birthday party here and it was fantastic! The staff was very friendly, and did a great job engaging the kids. They all had a blast! I cannot say enough good things about our experience. Thank you Altius for making it so easy for us and enjoyable for the kids :)

Newly expanded but no additional seating for parents. It's hard to find a seat to watch your little one. The parents are paying the bill, some thought into more seating for them to sit and watch and not have to stand should've been considered when they expanded.

Clean gym, friendly staff, and willing to reinvest in the future. My daughter has been attending Altius since she was 18 months old, she is now 5 1/2. She loves coming to class!

My daughter has attended this gym for 2 years and she broke 2 of her fingers causing her not to be able to do gymnastics for a short period of time. We were told that they had no spots available 5 weeks later. Altius did call us back quickly and were wonderful in finding a resolution. Thank you for quickly helping and for addressing our concern.

I couldn't wait to sign my child up for the Sparks class when she was 19 months old. She loved doing summersaults around the house, jumping on trampolines etc and I figured that class would be perfect for her (sign up begins at age 18 mo). While the activities the coach had the kids do were great, they were totally inappropriate for a child who was younger than two and half years of age. My child had no interest and was unable to do probably 90% of the activities (balancing on one knee on the beam, walking up the wall while hanging onto the bars, cartwheels etc). The highlight of her time what the last 5 minutes of class when they were able to jump in the foam pit or run across the trampoline. We quit after I paid for the first month. We would go back, however not until she is around 3 years old.
