Alyatt CrossFit is an awesome place. The owner, Janelle, was so helpful and kind when I was looking into signing up. Very welcoming. The coaches work with me to tweak the workouts to suit my beginner level and does the same for each individual in the class. Answers all my questions, offers tips and tricks for outside of the classes for stretches and ways to help the muscle soreness etc. Overall very happy to be apart of this gym. I'm very much a beginner but all of the members are at different levels and the group classes are welcoming and supportive. I would recommend this place for anyone looking for a CrossFit gym!

Alyatt is such an amazing and welcoming gym. Being new to CrossFit, I wasn’t sure what to expect. The coaches at Alyatt are encouraging, supportive, and do an amazing job balancing the needs of members new to CrossFit and those well accustomed to CrossFit. They do a great job tuning the workouts to your needs and level to make sure the workouts are both approachable while pushing you. Would definitely recommend this gym! As someone who’s never done CrossFit before, this experience has been so great!

Coach Mia was amazing as always. On 7/24, it was a heavy deadlift day. Mia ensured that everyone had great form and continuously walked around and asked everyone how they were doing throughout the workout. Mia provided great energy and enthusiasm on a hot Thursday morning. She also was great on keeping the class on track for time. Coach Mia always has a positive attitude and aura.

I dropped in for a single session on Memorial Day. Great atmosphere and always a great time completing the Murph workout with a motivated group of athletes. Everyone encouraged one another to help push across the finish line. Thanks Alyatt CrossFit!

BEST CROSSFIT GYM.

Such an amazing environment, the best group of people to help push you to be your best! The coaching staff is always helpful with any restrictions you might have and always find a way for you to do alternative moves if you can’t do the moved given! The gym is ALWAYS clean! Can’t recommend this gym enough!

Until a year ago, I NEVER would have considered myself a Crossfitter. But here I am, getting stronger every day. Janelle and the other coaches are super supportive and are willing to help you adjust the workout based on where you are physically. If you need help finding the motivation to work out, or to work out harder, this is the place you need to be.

I am so glad I found Alyatt CrossFit. After the Pandemic, I found myself having a hard time getting back on track with my exercise and nutrition. I considering joining a gym and getting a personal trainer, but instead decided to give CrossFit a trial week. I am so glad I did! What I liked was that each workout could be scaled to what I could currently do. The positivity, coaching, and accountability is what made me stay. The variety of exercises and strength training is also awesome. Janelle and her other coaches truly care about the members and our goals. She is very knowledgeable, extremely friendly, caring, and professional. She takes the time to learn our goals and make a plan for how to achieve them. The facility is very clean and has all the needed equipment. There are several class times to accommodate schedules. All of the members are welcoming and encouraging, it's truly a community. If you are looking for accountability and direction in your fitness journey, look no further!

I joined Alyatt to get more regular and structured workouts and ended up with an amazing coach/owner, a great community of friends, and a general enjoyment of working out. I have learned a ton in my short time being there and can’t wait to continue to grow. I cannot remember the last time that I set personal exercise goals that actually felt achievable. Being surrounded by an amazing CrossFit family not only has pushed me but has reignited my love for fitness and I have every intention to continue my CrossFit journey at Alyatt!

I joined Alyatt to exercise regularly but I got much more than that! I was immediately welcomed into this CrossFit family filled with members of different ages and abilities. Janelle (the coach & owner) did a phenomenal job teaching me proper technique. I love that the personal coaching continues at every class. The warm environment feels safe to try things I never considered possible. Janelle and the rest of the CrossFit family empower me to be physically and mentally strong. I thought I would only do CrossFit for a couple months but I think I’ll be doing it for a couple decades!

For me the exercise comes easy, nutrition has always been the bigger challenge. Power & Grist brought us a 6 week nutrition challenge that offered a lot of tools that are sustainable. Nutrition is a life long journey that needs tweaking and adjustments along the way. I am grateful for the recipes and creative ideas to help with this. I would highly recommend trying it.

I absolutely love Power and Grist CrossFit! This gym is not intimidating, not a traditional CrossFit gym. The coaches scale the workouts and teach us proper form and nutrition. The workouts vary from high intensity to strength training, perfect combination!

Best thing I have ever done was try this gym out. I was always curious about crossfit but too nervous to try. The coaches make u feel so comfortable, they work with you individually, scaling movements to your individual abilities. As you get better they also encourage and push you in a way that I would never push myself. The members are also great at making everyone feel included and are there to cheer you on..

PGCF has great coaches. The use well-rounded programming, and everyone is so encouraging and welcoming. I was originally afraid of the intensity of cross fit, but it can be as hard as you want it to be. The coaches will give you a push when you need it, but only within your limits. It is not an intimidating environment by any means. I highly recommend taking advantage of their free one week trial. You will be so glad you did!

Great workouts that I could never push myself to do alone. Everything can be modified and scaled to whatever level you are at. I have achieved a level of fitness that I hadn't had in 10 years. Just what I needed to feel better about turning 40 this year.
A lot of people misinterpret that CrossFit is unsafe or not good for you, but these coaches are great about recognizing when someone isn't ready for scaling up yet. Thanks guys.
