Bathrooms were very, very dirty. (Was in one afternoon during staffed hours). Not nearly as clean as the vast majority of AF clubs I go to. Good equipment, canβt complain about that. Would recommend management to focus on the cleanliness.

I won a 6 week boot camp after just starting to get back into working out and focusing on my own health. I work in healthcare and I think it gets really easy to focus on everyone else's needs above your own, so I was thankful for the opportunity to have coaches push me to reach my goals. David and Ashton were awesome to work with and incredibly understanding with my work schedule. Both of them make sure you're pushing yourself but not going past your limits. Katlyn worked with me on getting a better understanding of my diet and she became a big supporter of mine through this process. I can't thank this team enough for their help! I ended up moving to another area due to buying a house, but wish I could transplant this gym because it was the first time a gym became more than just a place to workout. Thank you guys!

If you look at my other reviews they are mostly very positive. This place will shamelessly lie about pricing and contact terms. They advertised a "free" 6 week training program... if I see the ad come up again I will post a screenshot with my review. It ended up being 80 dollars a week, for a FULL YEAR not 6 weeks..even though they verbally verified with me it was only 80 a week for 6 weeks when I signed up, then they said after 6 weeks the price would drop to $13/week. I had to pay 500 dollars to get out of the contract.. 250 to cancel what woukd have been the "6 week" training program and ANOTHER $250 to get out of the basic gym membership. The trainers themselves were awesome and I had a great experience with them, but management will lie to you and say whatever they can to make the sale.

Full transparency, they did ask for a google review to reduce some form of fee (not sure which one) but I thought was nice to help reduce some enrollment fee. I did do a free 7 day trial and by the end I did decide to sign up for the gym. They advertise it as a βhealth clubβ rather than a βgymβ and it seems fitting. If you are looking for a gym thatβs more hands off, probably not the gym for you as when I went in for the first appointment they did bombard me with questions re: goals, what I eat, current weight, meal prep, etc. I wasnβt expecting that and did catch me a bit off guard since Iβm more used to a βhereβs your keys, go workoutβ kind of gym but overall they do seem passionate about what they do and seems like they want to see you succeed. Trainers seem knowledgeable & overall pleased w the experience so far.

The gym is NOT new. They slapped up some fresh paint and moved around equipment. They used to have a hydromassage but they got rid of it. I emailed asking for my rate to be reduced because the amenity I used was taken away (something that you had to pay more for). I was told I had to physically come it to get it changed. I made time out of my schedule and raced over after work to make it during their staffed hours (I am a nurse and my working hours don't work well with their staffed hours)...and I was told that I was locked into my rate and if in the future I wanted to change it then I would actually pay MORE! Why not just tell me this via email or over the phone when I called?! I am not impressed. The only reason I stay at this gym is the proximity to my home.

I really do not know what I am supposed to be excited about with this remodel. 99% of the equipment is the same just re-arranged. The Managers got new offices. Thanks for shutting down the gym the last 3 weeks so our cubbies could hover above rocks, some carpet and new paint. Thankfully signed up for Windsor Athletic Club!

The gym is laid out a little oddly, in my humble opine:
An L shape. From front door: cardio on L, offices on R.
Past there is an area on the Left to put your belongings:
Bathrooms/changing areas follow that on the left w/cardio stretching/aerobic area R.
From the back wall a left turn another small area for abs, glutes..., and the free weight area is in the far left.
This Anytime Fitness, like most if not all of them has no designated locker rooms to change...kind of a free for all. This place has some bathrooms that are bathrooms/changing areas, and some that are bathroom/changing/shower areas.
Comment about the temp:
I expect to sweat, It is the middle of Winter - the gym is a tad cold inside especially with the ceiling fans running full bore. Either turn the ceiling fans off, or turn the heat up - it is a gym, right.
Unlike many of the folks I observed, I don't spend a lot of time looking at myself in the mirror. - if you aren't sweating, you aren't working hard enough. TIP: Put your phones down, do your set, put your weights back, and perhaps think about someone else. Whaaaaaaaat?

Canceling far too much of a hassle. Club directly will not help. Must contact overseas call center and give them your personal information. They also will not help you. Only give you information to create an account online to them try and put a request in. Which then they will let you know if they will or will not cancel 60+ days later. Crazy!
