I’ve been trying to get my membership transferred to another location for over a month! I haven’t been there in over a month as I have moved to another town. I was told when initially getting my membership that if I moved, they’d just transfer it to a different anytime. Well I’ve been trying for over a month, and still nothing. Disappointing service.

Needed a membership, wanted a good clean gym with no bull. (You know what I mean). Was given the full tour by Becca and frankly we were sold right away. We did look at some others. But nothing gave the same vibe, greeting, or energy.

I use to enjoy coming to this gym, but have been finding other locations to use. I loved the management that use to be here because the new management doesn’t care about the cleanliness of this gym. Their hand soap is cheap hand sanitizer, they got rid of microfiber cloths or sanitizing wipes so they waste a lot of paper towels and use disinfective spray. They don’t have signs to clean up after yourself so lots of members do not disinfect after using equipment. They are always out of paper towels or disinfectant spray, the bathrooms are always gross, they don’t even own normal soap, just very disappointing and unsanitary. No one cleans the machines either like how old management did. It’s very sad and gross.

It's a nice gym, however the high pressure sales tactics are extremely annoying. What really drove me to write a one star review is the fact, I forgot to notify them of a new card number. Corrected it the next day and was still charged a late fee of $19.50.

This is definitely one of the best Anytime Fitness locations I've been to. I travel a lot so I use them all over and this one is top notch. It's the only location I've ever seen with actual rags for wiping down equipment which is so nice.
