Worst management and worst behavior observed with Jadon. The guy attempts to overcharge customers; although the website clearly states a $1 enrollment fee, at the Lake Mills Location, he charges a $79 enrollment fee. To avoid overcharging, new members should visit the official Anytime Fitness website, pay the standard $1 enrollment fee, and receive additional free days with no extra fee.

They didn't let me cancel the membership that I wasn't using. I tried to communicate with them but they stop answering once they found out I wouldn't sigh back up for something I wasn't using. I had it longer than the contracted period and they had no reason not to let me opt. Out. Now I get calls from there collectors every and still no response from them. Be careful when you cancel your membership. Don't let them get you too. The staff was nice.

Coming from the Twin Cities and a former member of LA Fitness the options in the area were pretty limited. Anytime is certainly a great gym for the size that it is. It has a good blend of weight machines, free weights, and cardio for almost all activities. A bonus is the shower as well which got me to go here. Prices are competitive though seem a bit high but I've been pleasantly surprised so far. Love the anytime with it being open all year round during all hours. I would recommend.

This place is horrible. Impossible to cancel your membership. Do not give them your money. I have been trying to cancel my membership since August, it’s now end of December and I haven’t used it since August. My card has still been getting charged I’ve given the company notice that I moved and a 30 day notice many times and they refuse to cancel my membership. It’s a scam, these 5 star reviews are fake. Do not give this place your money unless you wanna pay for a gym membership the rest of your life.
(Edit) 2 Months later they still haven’t cancelled my membership (it’s been 7 months now) and they have been charging my card every single week since then. (My account was set up to be paid on a monthly basis) whatever you do, DO NOT GO HERE!!

I was absolutely blown away by my experience at this gym! Not could you tell the staff takes pride in keeping the facility clean and organized, the staff was very friendly and engaging! The Manager Jadon gave me a great tour, and explained to me everything the gym has to offer. He even sparked up a conversation with me about my goals, and how I can get motivated/stay consistent in the gym :) If you are looking for a great gym environment, this is the place to be!

Love this place, love being able to take a shower after my workout haven't tried the hydro massage yet but I've used one before and it was amazing. This place has it all I'm sure you'll enjoy your workout and definitely worth the price.
Edit: so I called them Monday and Tuesday, no answer so I left a message twice. No call back. I called them today Thursday June 9th 2022 still nothing. They took 52 dollars out of my bank account and I was paid up. The customer service here is like Charter Communications or US Cellular. After spending time at the gym I've noticed all of the male employees just simp to the females 😑 walking around talking trying to pick up chicks. I've even seen the owner do it. I would recommend going to Fort Atkinson, when I called them they called me right back but told me they couldn't help me with my issue because it was a different owner. But it showed me that they actually do there job. Everytime I come into the gym I see more and more old people that shouldn't be there and sometimes, I wonder if they get these them in there just to get them stuck in a contract.
Thursday June 16th 4:47pm 2022 - Checked my account today and learned they sent me back my money they owed. No phone call, no text messages 😒 tbh im still disappointed, but hey I got what I was owed because it never belonged to them in the first place.

I’m a truck driver and travel a lot so I try to go to the gym anytime I can. I needed a day pass and it was early. The trainer Ben helped me out right before doing a class and was very professional and didn’t seem bothered to help me. He was very friendly and helpful. He’s the definition of a real trainer someone who wants to see people in the gym. I’m most likely going to get a membership with anytime with the experience. I had.

The gym is brightly lit and always clean. I travel frequently and I have been to many Anytime Fitness locations throughout the country. What I appreciate about the Lake Mills and most Madison locations are the staff. First of all, the staff wears polos so they are identifiable. I’ve been to many locations outside the area and the staff are wearing workout clothes, and I had no idea they worked there. The Lake Mills staff is super friendly. You are always greeted with a hello upon entry and a “see you later” when leaving. I would highly recommend this location.

Very Kind and helpful staff. I’ve had a chance to try both personal and team training. Love them both! Trainers are extremely knowledgeable and keep you motivated. Also, I use the wellness studio which I love to cycle and do kickboxing. I’m so glad I joined!!
