Unfortunately I cannot recommend this location. It’s shabby, unclean and the equipment is outdated! They keep charging extra “enhancement fees” to make improvements, but no work or maintenance is done! I will definitely be looking for another gym!

Decent gym, been coming for a few years. It is lacking in equipment compared to other area anytime fitness. A lot of wasted space and missing critical core equipment. It’s also gotten busier, I wish management would put some of that extra income back into a better user experience.

Sadly the person who “signed us up” didn’t give the full details so we were charged more than we thought a month and now just found out that we are signed up for a two year contract that we didn’t know about. Can’t get an answer back on trying to get out of it because we were lied to about so much. Now the person who signed us up doesn’t work for anytime? Kinda weird and funny. But now having to pay more because of it. Really sad.

If you’re looking to try out a gym, I do not advise AF. When I was reading the contract, it said it was $250 to cancel my membership. I wanted to walk away. Then they offered a free 14 day trail. I end up cancelling a few days later but they did not tell me that I would not be getting my $99.00 back. Apparently it cost $99 to create an account. The customer service was rude when I cancelled and I would never go there again.

This place is scum. Once they have your bank account info, you won’t be able to receive any help from the “office.” Maybe this review will finally warrant a response 🤷‍♀️. I recommend taking your business elsewhere if you want a gym with a qualified and professional staff…or at least a gym with someone who checks the voicemails.

I called to cancel my membership they told me that they can give me a 14 day before changing my mind what a scam they wanted to wait the 14 days so my account can be changed then two weeks later after my cancellation my account still gotten charged I called and they told me that they will give me a call before 7pm I never received the call DO NOT COME HERE!!!!

Stay clear of this place. The "trainer" services are a scam. The have new trainers every other month and the trainers are like 20 years old. Plus, the coordinator of the trainers will hound you like there is no tomorrow if you miss a session due to work, illness or injury. Texts, emails, calls. If you ask him to stop, he will tell you that he won't. Carter is so aggressive he just adds to the stress. This is not a welcoming place. I'm going back to the YMCA or Elite Fitness where they have trainers who know what they are doing and the staff is not so aggressive. I have worked with trainers for many years and have never seen anything like it. Plus, once you are signed into the contract, you can't cancel it no matter how awful they are. The equipment is old and not up to date.

Worst gym experience ever you got to jump threw hoops just to cancel it. They give you a number to the billing department where your talking to someone from another country. And still can't cancel it gotta email them a reason why. One of the employees name HOPE is one of the worst people there will tell you that contract so fast and charge you with the most expensive plan. Please steer clear this place there's definitely plenty of other gyms in the Milwaukee land area or suburbs people could choose that are way better than this place.

Terrible experience trying to renew my membership. Monica the regional manager was hostile and very “my way or the highway”. Asked to speak to someone above her or of her position and was denied. Gym itself and other staff get 5 stars from every other interaction I’ve had. 2 stars thanks to Monica.
Let me finish my membership renewal with someone other than Monica and I’d be willing to change my rating.

POOR BUSINESS ETHICS
I notified them to cancel my membership to this gym in June but as of today(oct7) they have taken 3 extra payments. I sent proof via email of me reaching out about my status back in August to help with discretion and still no response. Right is right and wrong is wrong.

Horrible customer service! I inquired about cancelling my membership due to COVID-19. It took forever for someone to return my e-mail and voicemail. When I did finally cancel, I was still charged the next month, even though a gave one month's notice. When I questioned this, the owner was very rude and condescending to me. If you are looking for a gym with friendly customer service, this is definitely not the place!

I stopped by with questions regarding a potential membership. The owner was very professional and gave me a full tour of the facility along with providing me with some free samples of some of the wellness products they sold there. Clean facility, lots of cardio equipment. If you are mainly a weightlifter, all the weights are cramped in the back. This is more of a middle aged mom gym. If you are looking to get a good lift I suggest another gym. Unless you want someone doing dumbbell lateral raises in your face. Not saying this facility sucks, it just doesn't cater to my personal needs.

Paid the 64 dollar fee for a week pass and key fob. Told I would be reimbursed for the key when the fob was turned back in. Turned the key in with a note with my name and info on it but never got the money back. Don't feel like the 4 day pass was worth 64 bucks.. Just a heads up for the next guest.

The staff are so incredibly helpful and supportive of my journey and help to promote a positive, healthy and fun environment to workout in. Coming into this I did a lot of research and site visits to ensure that I would find a gym that not only met my needs but didn't make me feel intimidated by the process. I don't have a lot of gym experience or knowledge. So for me this whole process was overwhelming and intimidating at times. But when I met with the owner - Lisa, she completely changed those feelings into excitement, welcoming, partnership, and took the time to truly show me the ropes - - literally :-) Again, I have no prior gym experience and this was completely out of my comfort zone! Anytime Fitness is so completely worth the minimal fees as you have private showers, extremely great equipment - with TV's on some of the machines, fantastic staff, and a great location! I hope you can reach your goals wherever you choose to workout, but please do take time to consider Anytime Fitness, Lisa and her staff are fantastic in helping you reach your goals!

The facility itself is great, just enough free weights to do what I need with low traffic so I can accomplish my workout without much interference. The owner, however, made it very clear that my fiancé and I are nothing more than contracts. We signed knowing that there was a chance we could move soon, and were told that with a relocation the contract becomes void if it's over 30 miles, so it was not a factor. We were not informed about the $100 fee that comes with breaking the contract even if you move. When I brought this up, I was called a liar because her staff is specifically trained to bring it up, and that this claim is not uncommon. I was there, she wasn't. I am an intelligent human being and I would have waited six weeks to sign a contract if I knew there was a one hundred dollar fee attached. I was treated like a piece of paper with a dollar sign on it, and I don't respect people like that. Hind sight being 20/20, I never would have given her my business had I know this was the kind of person she is.

This is the best gym I have ever been to! It's a great combination of convenience and a welcoming atmosphere created by the wonderful staff there. Joe has trained my friend and I over the past 6 months and has completely changed our outlook on our health. We started out not knowing much at all and with the tools we've been given, we've both seen significant results. He continues to encourage us to reach new goals!

The facility is clean and has machines and equipment that you would find at a larger health club. They also offer yoga, crossfit, and group training classes.

I would recommend this location to anyone--no matter what level they're at. I love this place!

I have been to a few Anytime Fitness gyms and toss one is my favorite! Obviously they have a leg up seeing as it just opened in early '14 so the equipment is new and in great condition. It is the smallest of the Anytime gyms that I have been to but I like it as there is plenty of equipment but doesn't feel overwhelming or intimidating.
