I signed up for a membership back 2011. I wasn’t using it and wanted to stop paying membership. I had switched payments cards so they no longer could take payments automatically. I got a phone call that if I didn’t give them an updated card my membership would be canceled. I said I was okay with that because I wasn’t using it. They said okay and thought it was over with. It is now 2025 and I got phone call from a collection agency saying I owe for past membership fees. I can hardly believe it!!! It is effecting my credit score and ability to get a much needed loan! They want me to pay for something I never used! I so regret ever signing up for a membership!!

Deceptive practice, I went to cancel my gym and training membership. They cancelled my training package but unknown to me they did not cancel my gym membership. Upon checking my credit card a month later I see two more charges for my gym membership. I call the gym and they tell me they are not able to cancel my membership at the gym, I need to call or email. I was then told that the person on the phone did not have the contact information and she would have someone get in contact with me to give me the information....that was last week and no one has contact me. I managed to find the customer care email and they responded saying that two MORE payments have to come out before they will cancel my membership. The contract states I need to give 30 days notice....I did May 15th, but since it was verbal, they won't count it.

A friend and I decided to start working out together in January of this year. Anytime was our second choice that day, but has been our first choice ever since!!

Everyone who works there has been on top of answering our questions, helping us with signing up for sessions, and getting us involved with their super fun challenges!! The sessions and team trainings change from day to day, week to week. It's really nice to be able to learn so many new things with the guidance of a knowledgeable trainer!

The members of Anytime Fitness are just as amazing!! They make sessions and group trainings a blast and everyone is just so friendly!!

The facility is clean, bright and fun! The equipment is well taken care of and if something breaks, they are quick to fix it. Their tanning bed is clean and easy to use as well! I would definitely recommend Anytime Fitness in PDC, WI!

I highly recommend Anytime Fitness Prairie du Chien. The trainers are knowledgeable and offer many different workout options to meet their client's abilities. The small group sessions provide opportunities to meet and workout with fellow members who support one another and make working out fun! For those who prefer working out individually, there are machines, equipment and weights to meet those client needs. I have been a member since March of 2016. Anytime Fitness in Prairie Du Chien is an exceptionally terrific fitness center. The coaches know their clients by name. They also make their small group and team training sessions rigorous, yet fun. The coaches are also very patient and always posess a positive attituide. The other members are also terrific to be around.

The equipment at AF is top of the line, multiple options. They keep equipment updated and cleaned at all times.

Anytime Fitness in Prairie Du Chien is the absolute cleanest gym I have ever been in It is a comfort that they go out of their way to .practice high standard sanitation practices.

Anyone in the Prairie Du Chien area looking for a gym, you need to stop in and talk to Sara and Grant. You will be so impressed with all of their membership options.

Not only is this the cleanest gym I have ever been in but the staff go ABOVE AND BEYOND. I left my headphones on one of the machaines and Carissa watched hours of videos to see where they were left. She tracked them down for me in less than a day and returned them to me. I didn't expect her to go through all that trouble but she did without hesitation, even though she hardly knows me. So thankful to be a part of a gym thats like family!

The best feature of anytime fitness is the many clubs everywhere. The facility is always clean and pleasant, and the staff at all of the clubs I have visited have been very nice. I personally prefer L.A. fitness, but they don't have any clubs in this area.
