This is an excellent gym β I really enjoyed working out here. Unfortunately, I have to find another place now. I wanted to renew my monthly membership, but the staff wasnβt able to help me with that.
I called the gym office around 2β3 PM and told them that I wanted to come in at 6:40 PM to renew my membership. Unfortunately, I was running late and could only arrive around 6:55 PM. I was already on my way and decided to call to let the staff know. I was told that it requires a phone call and some kind of approval from the management.
Iβm really disappointed β I came to Reedsburg for a month for work, and now I have to go to Planet Fitness since all the other gyms are already closed.
All the best. My rating is based solely on this situation β before this, the staff used to renew my membership within a minute, and I never had any issues with my workouts or anything else.

Been to this location twice since moving to Reedsburg. The music is always loud and can hear it over my own music. Also AF needs to do something about the guys who grunt. No one wants to hear that!
Update: The owner needs to invest in his gyms! I'v used many locations from Monroe to Reedsburg. Equipment is falling apart and treadmills are out of date with most of the tvs not working.

Absolutely would not recommend if you have any thoughts on canceling in the future. They have the most difficult cancelation policy I have ever encountered and their overseas billing team has no credentials to help when you try to complete the cancellation with them. Steer clear if you don't want to be stuck paying month after month when you cannot get them to cancel.

If you ever have any severe financial problems or emergencies, don't expect this particular anytime fitness to have any sympathy for you. They won't cancel your subscription even if your about to lose your home, or any severe financial problem. They will only cancel it if you move 20 miles farther then your current adress, or if your completely handicap. Their members are just cattle to them.

Reedsburg Anytime Fitness is a great place to workout. The building is always clean and comfortable. The equipment is being updated with new equipment arriving after the refresh. The staff and members are always polite and respectful. The environment is extremely positive. The fitness classes are well worth the money. The instructors are knowledgeable and hype you up to perform at your very best. I've never felt so comfortable at a gym before. Its all very welcoming and safe feeling. Training with Lexie has been absolutely phenomenal and so much fun! I sweat everything out with her!

My only wish is that I could give them more than 5 stars-absolutely phenomenal fitness facility! From the way they treat everyone who walks through the door with kindness, respect, and care to the utmost cleanliness of the entire facility! (seriously it smells like a fresh summer breeze in there!) The training is top-tier and Aaron is the absolute greatest! Always motivating, supporting, and pushing you to achieve your goals! In addition, the management team is extraordinary! The way that they work personally with all of the members/clients and pushing themselves to provide the best experience they can for anyone who comes in, blows me away. Absolutely a life-changing experience as I went on to become a fitness professional myself with the inspiration I received at Anytime Fitness Reedsburg.
10/5 stars-please go check it out!
