About the Club

The mission of AVM Fitness is to make quality exercise programs efficient and accessible to citizens of all fitness levels to optimize the health and well-being of local health enthusiasts.
Andrew takes the nonsense out of fitness training. Our philosophy is to train for consistent, measurable and transferable progress. Your training program should help you meet your goals in the gym while also improving your everyday life out of the gym. A program that cannot do both, is not a good program. We put the most emphasis on the movements and exercises that give you the biggest benefit for your time. We want to make your 1 hour in the gym as efficient as possible in order to improve the other 23 hours of your day!

So I just retired, and was walking and hiking a lot, but told a friend, it wasn’t enough. My friend told be that weight lifting for people my age was “the holy grail” of fitness.

So, Andrew was the first trainer I ever used. The gym was new to me, I didn’t know how to use the machines, or set up a program.

Andrew was perfect for me right off the start. He shared his philosophy of fitness… the “why” behind his program. Soon, I was addicted wondering why I didn’t start this sooner. I’ve been doing Andrew’s program now for 5 months and it’s amazing! My progress has been very noticeable, and I feel better than I’ve felt in years. Upper body, core, and legs, all have changed dramatically!

He’s the best! Do yourself a favor, give yourself the gift of health and fitness and hire Andrew… best thing you will ever do for yourself!

I started working with Andrew a few years ago at Xperience fitness and have since followed him across the bridge to Hudson. I followed Andrew because of his high level of education, experience as a trainer, and his passion for fitness.
