I would highly recommend this gym to anyone looking for a great place to workout! Very nice facility, my favorite part is the basketball court for a great warmup! The owner, Mike, is such a genuine guy. Truly, you don't come across many business owners like him!

I highly recommend this place. Would have loved to stay at this gym if I haven't moved out of the area. The owner is very professional and tries to accommodate as best as he can for his members. If I ever move back to the area someday, I'll forsure sign up again.

Love it, it’s not as busy as planet fitness and there’s an area for the ladies ❤️ the gentleman who helped us last month was very sweet and showed us around! I don’t believe the sauna and tanning bed are opened as of now. Just love this place! My fiancé goes here almost everyday.

I recently moved here and got a 1 month membership until my home fitness equipment arrived. I only had to use for a week, but it's an excellent gym. Owner was very nice, and there's a wide variety of equipment to use. Not sure if I'll have a reason to go back, but I highly recommend to anyone looking for a gym in the area.

Great place for a great workout. Clean environment with plenty of options. All levels of people working out from beginners on up. Always someone to ask questions about your workout. My wife and I are signed up on the couple's plan. Well worth the money to get back in shape.

It's a good facility for the price. There is a decent amount of equipment for various types of exercises. There's a small gym for shooting basketball. The gym also has let boards, climbing rope and punching bags. There's a women's equipment section. They also have a protein smoothie bar near the front door. If you live in the area and are interested, come in and ask Mike (the owner) for a tour.

Mike (owner and operator) is a great guy and runs a nice gym. Plenty of equipment and free weights to get whatever you need done. There are trainers available if you should need, and Mike himself is always ready to chat you up or give advice. The gym is very well maintained, and there's even a side room for women to work out in for their own comfort.
