I started training with Jeff with the goal of competing in my first powerlifting meet. I had already been lifting consistently for two years, but I was looking for a coach who could help me fine-tune my form, understand the rules, and guide me deeper into the world of powerlifting. Working with Jeff not only met those expectations — it completely exceeded them.

At my first meet, I hit two PRs and saw massive improvements across the board — my squat max increased by over 100 lbs, and my deadlift by nearly 200 lbs. Jeff pushed me in all the right ways, always prioritizing good form and strong foundational technique. His coaching made it clear: he knows exactly what he’s doing, and his methods work.

I have been working with Jeff for the last 3 months and it has truly been life changing. Not only has my strength gone up dramatically but I am learning how to isolate each muscle through proper form. Jeff knows how to push me every workout but also do it in a way that prevents any risk of injury. He has been so on top of my programming to where we are always getting one step closer to my goals. We get to try new things each week and he has even identified my weaknesses and mobility issues, implementing speciality movements to help in these areas. I’ve trained with Jeff for over 1 year now and I’ve been able to rely on his coaching and expertise for all my fitness goals.

I originally started powerlifting with Jeff and his in person coaching helping me achieve PRs in squat, bench, and deadlift (while significantly improving my form) - as well as tailoring my training to help me achieve a couple state records.

I have trained with Jeff for over a year and a half, and throughout this time I have made a ton of progress on my lifts. I was able to showcase this at 3 powerlifting meets during this time, with Jeff working with me every step of the way. I thought I had plateaued in all of my lifts, but since working with Jeff my deadlift increased from 455 to 563, and my squat increased from 365 to 441. I started my powerlifting journey a little over a year ago with the goal of eventually competing. Looking back, I wish I'd found Jeff sooner. I was inconsistent with my workouts and had average numbers for squat, bench, and deadlift. I was hesitant to start coaching, but Jeff made powerlifting accessible to a novice lifter such as myself.

He breaks down complex techniques into easy-to-understand steps. Being new to powerlifting, I didn't know about touch points, leg drive, or back engagement for bench press. It sounds overwhelming at first, but Jeff does a great job guiding you so you can execute your lifts in the most optimal way.

Thanks to Jeff's guidance, I've increased my squat from ~185lb to 255lb, bench from 85lb to 125lb, and deadlift from 185lb to 285lbs. The best part is these numbers are only going up!

Beyond strength gains, powerlifting has introduced me to an amazing community people who have the same passion for the sport. Jeff has created a supportive environment that makes the journey super fun and enjoyable. I would not hesitate one bit on recommending Jeff to anyone who is interested in starting their powerlifting journey.

Working with Jeff has been amazing. I started working in person with Jeff around January/February. Since working with BSP I have gained over 70+lbs on my deadlift ,50+lbs on my squat and over 20+lbs on my bench. He is very responsive and adapts the training method depending on what I needed, whether it’s fighting to heal injuries or fix mobility, etc. Jeff is the most punctual coach I have ever had.
One last thing, he can be pretty funny too, it makes training so much more fun!!

I can’t speak highly enough about Branske Strength and Performance. I started with his online coaching in January of 2024 and transitioned to working with him in person. Since then, I’ve seen considerable increases in my strength—much more than I ever thought I was capable of.
