Join a community that helps you set and reach your fitness goals! Burn Boot Camp in Appleton West, WI features a constantly-changing mix of cardio, HIIT, and strength training so you never get the same workout twice. Our Members enjoy access to unlimited 45-minute workouts produced by top Trainers, designed to engage your full body and deliver complete body change. Each workout takes place on our signature Floating Floor that helps produce results for every fitness level. As a gym designed for busy lifestyles, we offer free Childwatch at every location, personal meetings with trainers, and a universal membership that allows our Members to visit any gym without drop-in fees. Me and my boys love coming here. The atmosphere is so welcoming and I love that I can workout knowing that my boys are being well taken care of. Added plus, is they have a cute little window where they can see momma working out. They push you, encourage you, and celebrate the wins with you! So grateful I found BBC!

Burn Boot Camp workout facility is outstanding! In just two weeks, you will notice yourself getting stronger. They are organized, the place is spotless, and the trainers are knowledgeable. My wife and I decided to take the plunge and join Burn Boot Camp—and we couldn't be happier with our decision. We had previously taken a similar class at the YMCA, where our instructor introduced us to Burn through a few trial sessions. We were instantly inspired by the energy and motivation, and knew we had to sign up.

The workouts can definitely be challenging, but what truly sets Burn apart is the sense of community, encouragement, and teamwork that’s present in every class. No two sessions are the same, and each one pushes your mental and physical limits in the best way possible.

As triathletes, these classes have been an excellent way to maintain and strengthen our core during the off-season. The high-fives might take a bit to get used to—but they’re part of what makes the atmosphere so fun and supportive.

If you're on the fence, give Burn a try. You won’t be disappointed!

This place is soooo motivating. I'm hard of hearing and they are super helpful if coming up to me after they address the group to make sure I know what's happening. They all are great work out leaders and the day care is very nice. I love that they have a large window for the kids to look out and see parents working out. I can use ASL to talk to my kids while working out and can see them the whole time. Definitely recommend for anyone who might need the extra push to work out or has limitations or needs extra assistance.

I took a leap of faith and joined Burn Boot Camp, somewhat unsure of what to expect.

As a mother of four, it’s easy to lose track of time for self-care. With my children actively participating in sports and extracurricular activities, it was challenging to prioritize my own fitness journey.

The main thing that drew me to Burn was the flexibility of camp schedules, allowing me to balance my children's commitments with my own fitness goals. Having access to free childcare means I don’t miss out on a camp when I have my preschooler in tow.

By joining Burn Boot Camp, I have discovered a supportive environment that fosters personal growth. The trainers provide motivation and encouragement, pushing me to exceed my perceived limits.

From the moment I walk in, I feel inspired to take control of my health. The Burn community consists of positive energy where everyone is striving to achieve their own goals. I’m grateful for the opportunity to prioritize my health and wellbeing.
