I have not been to a gym since college. So looking at over 20 years. I was beyond intimidated walking in my first day. Not once did anyone make me feel like I did not belong there. The trainers are supportive and encouraging. There is no judgment, which was also a big fear of mine. The people there are just as supportive and encouraging! I have completed 17 classes so far and actually look forward to continuing this journey. Thank you!

I joined about 3 weeks ago, I was very nervous at first but once I walked in I was amazed at how everybody was super friendly and welcoming! They explained everything to me very well ! And it’s crazy how I feel so much stronger in only 3 weeks! And the best part is that they have day care! Totally recommend burn boot camp.

LIVE LOVE BURN! Once you get started, you won’t want to stop. The atmosphere here is like none other. Everyone is very friendly, supportive, and helpful. It is not difficult to commit to Burn! I’ve been going to Burn Bootcamp for about 3 weeks and it’s been the most vibrant, supportive, and (actually) judgement free community I’ve ever been a part of. The trainers are very, very good at what they do, the music is a blast, and I’m seriously pushed to (and through) my mental limits. My one-year-old has so much fun playing with other kiddos in Childwatch and we’ve felt incredibly welcomed here from day one.
The other day, my husband randomly said “you just seem happier and more confident lately.”

I started Burn with a 7 day free trial in 2022 and have been a member ever since. I have worked out at other gyms and did at home workouts but there is nothing like Burn. The instant hype and energy you get from just walking into the door is insane. Keeps me motivated to push myself to do hard things. The trainers are incredible, very knowledgeable, and are always looking for ways to help you reach your own personal goals. Get after it and come join me on that floating floor. I'm not sure where to even begin - Burn changed my life when I first joined back in 2019. I had to leave for awhile, but coming back was one of the best decisions I've ever made. Yes the workouts are absolutely amazing and are modified to all fitness levels as well as injuries, but what I need in my life is even bigger: community and empowerment. Burn provides that in abundance. The trainers are educated, dedicated and passionate. I cannot imagine working out anywhere else ever again.

Burn Boot Camp is so well set up for moms! It was so hard for me to find time to work out until I found Burn. I love being able to drop off my kids. They have a blast, and I’m able to have 45 minutes to myself to completely focus on my workout. The trainers are so great at modifying movements and pushing me to challenge myself. I started coming to Burn Boot Camp in December with a friend. As someone who has done other high intensity workouts, I immediately enjoyed it. The community is great and the consistently solid and different workouts keep you coming back for more. I’m totally unsure at how the trainers have that much energy and hype at 5 am. They push you beyond what you think you can do and you feel proud of what you can accomplish. I’m glad to have added strength training into my routine as I feel stronger and healthier in just a few months. To be honest, if left to my own devices I just do cardio. I don’t need to think. I just need to show up.
A couple weeks ago they even texted when I went missing for a week due to the lovely winter sicknesses going around. It made my heart happy they noticed I was gone and reached out. Burn is a whole vibe and 5am is a party… so are the later times but I need to show up to work on time.😅 All in all, most things won’t make me set that alarm for 4:22 am but here we are 💙

I had been intrigued but self conscious about joining Burn for a long time. Then I expressed my interest to a friend I knew went. She was eager and willing to bring me to a free class.
The warm and encouraging welcome and friendly, supportive environment were both felt almost instantly.
It's really a great atmosphere where it's you vs you with no judgement and tons of support and lots of high fives. I highly recommend giving Burn Appleton East a try! I'm so glad I did!👍

I tried almost all the boot camp/hiit classes in Appleton when my gym closed suddenly. Burn was the last one I tried. At my first class they made me take my picture and I said it was out of my comfort zone. They said, “that’s what we do here”. And I realized, I NEEDED to get out of my comfort zone. The workouts are amazing, and you can modify up or down with everything. Literally, the workouts can fit first timers and super athletes. I always leave feeling amazing (and sweaty!). Burn is worth the cost.

Quote after walking out from Camp #1, 255 lbs, having not worked out in over 2 years, "I'm 'dead', but that was amazing (I actually felt great), when are we coming back"? I am so thankful that I took the chance on saying YES to Burn's 4-week trial to start out the new year! I signed up hoping to just jump start my activity level, no plans to commit further, and now there's no way I'm leaving. Things that sealed the deal:
1. Community- from day 1, I was treated like I mattered and had been there all along. From both trainers/staff and other members
2. Workouts- Coming off of minimal activity in the last 2 years, I was not only nervous, but embarrassed of where I was at physically. I quickly learned that I didn't have to be. The trainers met me exactly where I was at and over the weeks have encouraged me and pushed me to better myself physically and mentally! It's a group workout, but you also get 1:1 training within that group workout. The trainers are constantly scanning the floor to help you and to motivate you. I love that I don't have to think about "what to do". The camps are perfectly planned to give you a variety of strength/cardio and work different muscle groups throughout the week
3. Focus Meetings- A perk that you can take or leave, but I highly recommend that you take! 1:1 meetings with a trainer to walk/talk through anything and everything: Nutrition/form/struggles/mental wellness/you name it! I love that these are offered daily and there is no limit on how often you can sign up

I truly cannot recommend Burn Boot Camp highly enough. The members are welcoming and supportive, and the energy in the gym is always positive! No judgement, no competition, no uncomfortable vibes. The trainers are fun and engaging, and somehow manage to offer 1-1 training in the midst of a large group workout. They meet you where you’re at and then push you a little further! They are super knowledgeable and offer unlimited focus meetings to help each member achieve their individual goals. The free Child Watch (the piece that originally drew me into Burn) is absolutely wonderful. My son has so much fun with Ms. Crystal!

My biggest regret? That I didn’t join sooner!! This place is hands down the most welcoming, encouraging, and strongest community I’ve ever been apart of. From the moment you walk through the door, you are greeted with a smile and high five.

Small enough where you are known by name but big enough to ensure there is always room to workout at the time that works best for you! Trainers that are knowledgeable and do a phenomenal job bringing the energy needed to keep those butt kicking workouts dare I say fun?! You are as, “seen”, as you want to be with extra focus meetings offered to support you with any additional questions or needs. Having the option for childcare has allowed me to say yes to a few workouts I would have normally had to say no to in the past. I’ve opted for eating in and coffee at home a few times to help it make sense financially for me and it’s truly the best investment I gave myself! This place rocks and I’m hooked :)

I’ve been going since end of September and I am addicted! I’m in my 40s and out of shape so I was a little intimidated at first, but the trainers and other gym members have been great at encouraging and challenging me to keep pushing and challenging myself. Over the last few months I have seen changes in how my clothes are fitting, and even better, I have noticed I have more strength and endurance. I am increasing my weights on strength days, see more endurance on cardio days, and passing goals I didn’t think I would be able to reach. It is definitely a boot to my confidence and mental health. When I first walked into Burn, I was going to complete my trial and go back to my regular gym. The FIRST day was amazing! Everyone is very welcoming and non-judgmental! I am able to sign up for whatever class I want (and get in, I can't always do this at my regular gym). Childcare is a plus, but I do not need it. Well I wasn't sure what to expect, and wondering what I had gotten myself into on the way there LOL but I was pleasantly surprised upon arrival. Instantly when I walked in the door I was welcomed with smiles, good energy and Vibes and then was walked out on the floor which is a floating floor by the way which is awesome, so much better than a concrete floor when working out. The trainer, Seneca who was great, paired me up with somebody to stay by my side throughout the workout since it was my first time, so that I knew what to do, that was super helpful! I would have been lost otherwise LOL anyhow if you want a really great workout to like really feel like you got a good workout and I mean really this is the place for you. I was moving for the entire 45 minutes I was there . Everyone there was super nice, giving each other high fives and telling you, you could do it when you were about to quit. what a great crowd! I thought this was a really neat place! They have great package deals and even child care that's amazing! I will definitely be back

Couldn't recommend Burn enough. It is not just a gym but a community; I was a member a few years ago and due to health reasons I had to step away but I came back a few weeks ago and was greeted like I never left. You have support and encouragement from the trainers and they are always challenging and pushing you, the other members are encouraging and supporting you where you are at in your journey! The focus meetings really help meet you where you are at and go forward from there and set realistic goals. I cannot recommend Burn enough to anyone.

I joined burn back in may/June when they were running a special trial. I told myself I wouldn’t be joining after the trial because I already had a different membership else where. I knew day one, after working out, I’d be joining burn. The community and coaches are fantastic! They push you when they can see you can go harder. This place is of everyone! You can mod things up or down. It’s a nice 45min workout which is perfect! You’re moving the entire time. Since joining I am down 1% body fat and I haven’t changed my habits really other than joining!

This is not your average gym! Burn does not use machines because we are the machines! The trainers are up to date on a vast variety of exercises to work your whole body. They are equipped with the knowledge to help anyone from the beginner to the advanced athlete. They know just how to pull you out of that comfort zone. That exercise became easier? No worries! Stone probably saw that too and already met you with new weights or a mod up to help you continue to reach your goals ;) From 1 on 1 training in a group setting to 1 on 1 focus meetings to help with nutrition goals, this is a well-rounded gym for anyone! After being diagnosed with Stage IV metastatic melanoma five years ago my body had been through a lot. Not only physically but mentally. I hadn't worked out consistently for awhile. I'm a very self conscious anxious person and the weight I put on made it worse. I didn't want to go to the gym or be seen. A friend of mine recommended Burn so I decided to give it a try. The workout was tough but never once did I feel judged or looked down upon. The trainers are there all the time to guide you and push you. I have now been there over a year and can't imagine life without Burn. There are things I can do now that I never thought I could do and the positivity of the people and trainers continue to make me want to work out. I never thought I would say that about any work out. I never feel judged or looked down on ever. Everyone there is so positive and every time I leave I feel so good about myself. I would highly recommend to anyone. It has changed my life for the better. Im stronger and healthier than I have been in years.

This is not your usual gym. We are a community and support system. A place where everyone is cheering for each other and supporting each other to reach our goals. There are modifications for every fitness level. No workout is ever the same. The hardest exercises usually have an animal in the name, but we just push through together. That's not Shawn Mendes training you, but one of the most fantastic trainers that looks a lot like him. All of the trainers are amazing, knowledgeable and know how to push you in the best way. You also get nutrition and one on one support. If you like high fives (low fives on arm day) and a good woohoo, this is definitely a place for you. If not, come try it anyway and gain confidence in your fitness goals.

Super nice people here! I was walking in their parking lot, September 2018, when my clumsy self fell, some guy told me to push-up and jump back up...so I did. And then he said do it again, so I did...next thing I know, I'm 20 burpees deep and now in a committed relationship....

So if you want to pay to get stalked by a trainer, challenged, and constantly wonder if you will survive the camp and live to say one more hello to yoir family, this is the place to be.
In all reality this is the 1st workout training regime I have followed in my entire life and I am in my 40s. You are basically walking into personal training each and every day along with focus meetings to help reach your goals you want for your body. The amount of confidence I have gained on 10 months is amazing and I would NEVER turn back.

I started at this gym when I was 25 weeks pregnant with my 3rd baby and have been there for 2.5 years now! I had gotten away from consistent exercise for several years while caring for a medically fragile child and subsequently several pregnancies and miscarriages before I joined. After having confidence that my pregnancy was going to stick, I walked into Burn to try and get back into a routine. After only a week, I was hooked! The trainers know how to tap into your potential, push you to the limit but also modify for injuries (or pregnancies). Because of Burn whipping me back into shape and helping me get my body back, one year after my daughter was born I was able to complete an IronMan triathlon! Come join this amazing community where you won’t be able to drive home after because you can’t lift your arms or wash your hair so definitely also buy stock in dry shampoo. You might not be able to walk up the stairs or will look like a toddler learning to walk but you will know you got the best workout ever. We leave our blood (dang box jumps), sweat and tears on the floating floor and it’s so worth it. It’s worth every bit of ache and pain. Its worth watching the trainer walk across the floor with this sassy sparkle in his eye and you avoid him bc you know he’s bringing you heavier weights and you may even want to throw them at him. It’s worth all that and then some because this isn’t a gym, it’s a community and that alone is priceless.

Once upon a time there was a woman who would roll her eyes at group fitness and say, “I prefer to work out alone.”
She would scoff at the idea of high fives, outward displays of excitement, and being trained, thinking she had all the tools to workout but her only problem was that she wasn’t dedicated enough to be consistent.
Why would she pay for someone to tell her what she already knows?
Little did she know that a community was just what she needed; she needed more human connection - no matter how imperfect, awkward, or uncomfortable that connection can sometimes feel.
She needed a trainer to believe in her so she could learn to believe in herself.
She needed a routine, a place to go every evening that was structured, active, and fun.
That woman was me in December 2018. Burn Bootcamp Appleton East changed not only my physical body but more importantly, my mental health. This gym has directly and indirectly taught me about myself, relationships, and what success in fitness looks like.

You ever look for the remote control, but you can't find it, so you just decide, 'Ah, guess I'm not watching TV. I'm not gonna take two steps and turn it on myself. I'll go to the gym if I'm going to work out.’ Yea? Me too! And I still do that, but Burn Boot Camp motivates me to walk all the way past the tv, out the door, and drive to take a camp. Although I really only go workout because I really really like donuts. But Burn has changed that for me too! Now I really really like donuts AND working out. The trainers are excellent! They will make your knees weak at least once a week…oh wait, that’s leg day. The workouts are consistently challenging, even after 3 years of being a member. You can cry during the workout if you want to, we’ve all been there. Just don’t make eye contact with the trainers or they will give you 20-70 more (pounds) reasons to cry.
And if you still look cute when you’re done, you didn’t go hard enough!
