Burn Boot Camp in Burlington, WI features a constantly-changing mix of cardio, HIIT, and strength training so you never get the same workout twice. Our Members enjoy access to unlimited 45-minute workouts produced by top Trainers, designed to engage your full body and deliver complete body change. Each workout takes place on our signature Floating Floor that helps produce results for every fitness level. As a gym designed for busy lifestyles, we offer free Childwatch at every location, personal meetings with trainers, and a universal membership that allows our Members to visit any gym without drop-in fees. I love Burn Bootcamp! It's the only gym I've been to that I never feel watched or judged. I also love that you just show up and do the work. Everything is pre planned for you! So you won't work the same muscle groups every day. It's personal training in a group setting. Worth every penny for a membership. I have been a member of Burn Bootcamp Burlington for 2 years, through 2 postpartum phases and 1 pregnancy. The trainers are extremely knowledgeable when it comes to fitness during pregnancy/postpartum and help to ensure you are getting a good workout, safely. Now that I have 2 kids, life gets busy, but the included childwatch makes it super easy to stay on track. The childwatch team is amazing and my kids love coming to the gym just as much as I do. I was absolutely terrified when I walked in the door - I haven’t really exercised for two decades - but I was immediately welcomed by Lisa, who offered me plenty of smiles and encouragement.

I chose MetCon as my first day - perhaps not the wisest of choices since I’ve spent half my life impersonating a sloth 😁 - and a kind soul snagged me to partner up. Once Maxi got the group going, she came over to check on me and told me to go at my own pace and listen to my body. She made sure to check on me throughout the workout and offered modifications when I was on the verge of passing out/puking (I didn’t do either - win for me) or when my lower back decided to start screaming at me in pain.

Everyone was super supportive and I got loads of high fives - even when I had to take a couple walking laps around the gym instead of station work. I only made it through 3.5 stations out of 6 for MetCon - the rest I had to walk it out or stretch my back (Maxi came over to show me the best way to do it - it helped quite a bit) - but I never felt “less than” or that anyone was judging me. At Burn it isn’t about trying to match up or compete with others - it is all about you & your journey.

After camp (which blew by since you are constantly exercising & rotating stations), I sat down with Maxi to go over my goals and talk through Burn/my path forward/etc. I really appreciate that the focus is on the mental side of things & knowing that if my head is right, my body will follow.

When all was said and done, I knew Burn Boot Camp was the place for me. I signed up for a membership straight away and committed to one year of pushing myself to get better. I know I’m going to have supportive trainers, a fantastic community and the right kind of workouts to go above and beyond my goals.

Well you can have 7 days trial ! But first 2 days if you can’t decide to join those friendly people just ignores you I’ve been working out all my life I’ve been so many health clubs ! This is not okay. Instructors are good but front desk just ignored me in my 3rd day cause I didn’t decide to join yet ! I tried Burn last summer on a 20 pass. I loved it, but couldn’t see how I could make it work to continue into the school year. Fast forward to June and I signed up on the summer teacher membership…. September came and I couldn’t imagine giving it up. I love the variety of camps, keeps me engaged! I love our trainers and how they not only push me, but also help me modify if I’m having an off day. What I love most is the community! Everyone at camp is at a different stage, but we all encourage and lift each other up… we are in it together! I wake up before 4am to go…. I have nothing bad to say about burn bootcamp Burlington. The staff is wonderful, whether it’s the trainers being helpful during the work out, the BAs answering questions or the childwatch staff caring for my kids so I can get my 45 minutes of me time. The gym has a community feel and everyone is there supporting one another. The workouts are challenging and fun and they fly by. I would recommend this gym to absolutely anyone knowing that once they start they won’t want to stop!

I've been with burn since they opened in March 2022 and I can't say enough good things about it! I usually get bored really fast with whatever exercise endeavor I start... this is the first if not only thing I have stuck with for this amount of time and I'm not even close to being bored. I joined Burn in April I was extremely hesitant as I seen samples of the workouts and I didn’t think I physically could do it. I have had multiple surgeries in my life such as both knees, 2x on my foot, neck and 4 major back surgeries which left irreversible damage. I also was really struggling with my weight due to not being active from major back pain. I was told the trainers will work with me and modify so I went. On day one I fell in love with the gym and I’ve never been a gym person but the community and the trainers were all so encouraging and if I’m honest I’m an extreme introvert so that usually scares me away but it didn’t. I was hooked when I started I went 6 days a week and almost every exercise was modified and it still challenged me. When I joined I was only looking to get physically in shape well for the past 6 years and longer I’ve struggled with major mental health issues coming to the gym my life is being transformed physically and mentally in ways I never saw possible. Almost daily I say I’m proud of myself when I leave the gym that statement hadn’t even became a thought prior to burn. Fast forward 6 months I now need to modify very little and the trainers Maxi and Erin know when I’m ready to be pushed and they see when I’m ready for that next level and push me out of my comfort zone. I also have less back pain than I did when I joined I can do things today that 6 months ago possibly 2 months ago were at that time physically impossible but I kept getting stronger and now I can crush some of the exercises. My mental health is the best it’s ever been and I’m surrounded by a community who cheers you on in your victories and isn’t trying to out do you something that’s hard to come by now days. This gym has literally given me more than I could have ever imagined. Below is a video of me last week during a workout the picture to the left is from mid May. I’ve learned the only limit I had in my way was myself Burn helped me overcome that.

I love how fun each class is. It’s a great variety. All of the trainers are great. When you have a focus meeting with them, they learn about you and any concerns you have and what goals you’re working toward. I started burn in Burlington this week. I had thought about joining a burn boot camp for awhile but with my personality it’s hard for me to make the jump especially going to where I may not know someone and scared of what judgement can be when you get there. I finally did it and all my fears are gone, this is an amazing place to work out. Everyone is so inviting and encouraging, you can walk in by yourself and will still find someone to partner with no problem. The trainer Maxi has been great and you can tell really wants everyone there to succeed. My only regret about burn is that I didn’t kick the fears in my mind way sooner and join.

I went from working out 0 to 5 or 6 days a week! I love this place it gives me the structure I need and confidence. I don't feel intermediated because I can't do something because they give options (MODs). I have no extra time in my life. My husband and parent said how are you going to do this.
