I have tried so many different gyms or workout videos and classes but nothing has made me feel so included and ready to keep showing up. From the coaches to the members there is nothing but encouragement to just better yourself in whatever way you are wanting. I love that they take the time to know everyones name and that when i show ip to class i see all ages and types of people on their own fitness journey. I would recommend over and over.

The first day of my 3 day trial I knew I would be joining! The trainers went over mods for my post ACL repair concerns and made sure I wasn’t going to hurt myself while still pushing me to do more than my fear would allow. Can’t wait to review again in 6 month's and share my progress! Great for mental and physical health (especially if you work from home) Great way to build a community of people to have fun and get healthy with!

I joined Burn boot camp- Kenosha earlier this year and it’s a wonderful community to be part of. Trainers are amazing and the members are so supportive and welcoming. It does not matter your age, size or fitness level because the trainers give you options for each exercise if modification is needed. I also love the variety of workouts and how their quick motivational talk after class helps me overcome some of those mental barriers.

I have been attending burn boot camp since January of this year. I have tried many different gyms and group type classes and have never felt as comfortable or welcomed as I have at burn. Not matter the ability of the individual, they give you options for each exercise if you aren’t capable yet of doing the full move or maybe have an injury. I’m super appreciative of all the team members at burn and the community there. I’ve made friends and am feeling better than I ever have - can’t ask for more!

I joined this gym almost three months ago. I’m 46 and over the years I’ve been a member of traditional gyms, CrossFit gyms, and a subscriber to home fitness programs. All I can say is I wish I would’ve found this place and joined years ago! Everyone is nice and welcoming, there are ALL different kinds of people (younger, older, fit, striving to be more fit), and work outs and needed equipment are there for you - all you gotta do is show up! I drive 40 minutes one way to attend this gym and it’s worth it. The investment I’ve made in myself shows in just the 10 weeks I’ve been going. My body is becoming toned, I’ve dropped one pants size, and most of all I feel fit, healthy, and strong. If you are looking to change your health for the better I highly encourage you to try out this gym. It’ll do your mental and physical health wonders! Also, my kids are older but the fact that they have on site child care is awesome. No excuses! Make yourself a priority and let Burn help you, you won’t regret it!!!

I’ve been a member at burn for 5 months and I wish I started sooner!! I love this place and the trainers and staff is SO wonderful! I wanted to join awhile ago but I was nervous. Finally joined after having my son and it was exactly what I needed to get back in the swing of things and remind my self why I love fitness. This gym is by far the best gym I've ever been to. I was in a terrible car accident earlier this year and had to take 5 months away from Burn. When I returned, the trainers made sure to constantly check on me during the workouts to ensure I was modifying as needed, and make I had proper form. I cannot imagine not being a part of this awesome community!

Just started a month ago and 20 camps in now. You get 1:1 tutoring on your form and the trainers motivate you to keep going. There is a body composition machine that you can use as a member and it is insightful to your progress. I was gaining weight looking at my scale at home, but the body composition machine reveals that I actually gained muscle not fat! Highly recommend this place

I love Burn Boot Camp! The camp trainers are knowledgeable, challenging and motivating. I love the workouts and how good the trainers are at explaining the modifications for each exercise that I know is hard for me so the chances to get injured are minimal. I initially signed up for a 4 weeks camp and after my first camp I was in love so, I ended up signing up for 6 more months. I don't see me walking into a regular gym ever again.

I used to workout at snap fitness for YEARS & needed a change. From the moment I walked into this burn to now, almost a year later, my life has forever been changed for the better. I am a stay at home mom of 6 years and this gym was exactly what I needed. The motivation, the push, the positivity, the trainers, the community of amazing people and the child watch! Child watch is included with every membership and the women in there have cared for and treated my children like their own. My kids have never been watched before by ANYONE except me and close family sometimes and they all love going in there. I can workout for 45 minutes everyday and have total peace knowing they are being cared for and loved on. I cannot say enough good things about Burn Boot Camp, but the Kenosha location especially. I never knew I needed this type of community until now! I never want to live without it! Thank you so so so much burn. 🙏🏼🙏🏼

This place is amazing! If you’re thinking about joining, DO IT! I love atmosphere, trainers, the people and even the motivational quotes they have written throughout the building. I just started going to Burn and I am on my 2nd week now and honestly I look forward to it every single morning. Waking up is hard but once you are there it is worth it. They push you to limits you never thought were possible and make you realize that you CAN do it!

Burn Boot Camp in Kenosha is fantastic. I have been a member for almost 2 years and to say it has changed my life for the better is an understatement. The Trainers are great and are just like family! I have lost weight, body fat and gained lean muscle as a result of the very challenging but rewarding classes. I would like to keep this place my little secret but then that just wouldn't be fair.
I love Burn because it's you against you. The atmosphere is very encouraging.
I love seeing all body types, men and women killing their workouts. Looking over and seeing others push their limits makes me want to push mine. It's hard as hell and I love it!
When I first started going I was surprised how quickly the staff learned my name and called me by it every time. I had not received that level of care anywhere else. I also love that the kids space is within eye view, most places it's off by itself and I'm always uneasy leaving my children.
I can't say enough about this place and the people there.

At first I wasn't so sure this was my place to be. As I walked in for the first time I was greeted by Michelle. Big smile and a huge welcome. I found a place on the mat and again greeted by a group of smiling women and men. I felt at ease. Then it began, the killer workout. I was given direction and options if I needed them. As class started people were high fiving each other (quite common through out class) cheering each other on. My trainer for the day walked around making sure form was good and we were working hard. OMG was I working hard especially when she was in my face. As the class ended we all came together like a family around a dinner table. Our coach complemented us on our hard work. We all gave each other another round of high fives. We were given words of wisdom to carry with us through out our day. We then gave a final double clap and headed out. All I knew is that I couldn't wait to come back the next day.
It's been 3 months since that first day and I still can't wait to go back again tomorrow. :)

Burn Boot Camp Kenosha truly is “personal training in a group setting” where the trainers actually care about you inside and outside the gym. I had no idea when I tried this free trial for a gym just to get more in shape for my wedding, I was actually signing up to join a family. All of the trainers helped me every step of the way to have the healthiest pregnancy possible, and for that I will be forever grateful! I couldn’t and wouldn’t have done that on my own. And now my daughter has the best care in Childwatch where she gets to watch Mama get stronger and be the best version of myself for her and my husband! I’ve never done the same workout twice in 3 years or ever have to even think about my workout ahead of time. I just show up and leave it all on the floor. I love it so much, I did it in my basement when the world closed. I owe so much of my strength, grit, and determination to this “gym”, but so much more than that: my confidence, my ability to see how strong I really am and how far I can push myself, and friendships that will last a lifetime. If you’re on the fence, just do it. You have nothing to lose and so much to gain!

I joined Burn when it first opened. Stepping through the doors was a life changing moment, and the best thing I could have done for myself. Before joining Burn, I was doing at home workouts, but just going through the motions. I wasn't pushing myself and not getting much out of it. I knew I needed something different, something where I was with like minded people.. It was at this point where I started hearing about this new gym that was going to be opening, Burn Boot Camp - Kenosha. Walking through those doors when they first opened was one of the hardest things I've ever done. From day 1 I've been pushed out of my comfort zone. The workouts are tuff and never the same workout two days it a row. The trainers have modifications for all levels, and will push you when they know you have more in you. I have learned that I am stronger, both physically and mentally, than I ever thought I was. My new found belief in myself in the gym has bled over into my everyday personal and professional lives. I could care less what the scale says. I am in better shape now, than I was even while playing sports in high school 30+ years ago, and can do so much more!! The owner and trainers all take the time to get to know their members and are there to support them both in and out of the gym. The community that comes along with Burn is something I've never experienced before. Even the members are supportive and cheer you on. They pick you up when you are down. So proud to be a member of Burn Boot Camp Kenosha.

Prior to joining Burn Boot Camp - Kenosha, I spent months closely watching their social media posts while I worked up the courage to step through those doors for the first time. And now, two and a half years into my journey, I can honestly say my only regret is not joining sooner. From the first day I stepped onto that floor, I knew this place was special. The workouts are are always challenging and can truly be modified up or down for all fitness levels. The best music and high energy atmosphere creates a special vibe that can’t be matched anywhere else. Amazing, top notch trainers that will not only push you to your limits, but also genuinely care about you as a person. And will go above and beyond to help you reach your goals, both inside and outside of the gym. A community of people that when you look around that floor, there’s the feeling of knowing you’re all in this together. Each person inspiring in his/her own way. And the friendships formed with likeminded individuals who will inspire you to level up in all areas of your life. The instructors & staff are awesome and deserve 5 stars. They never miss a beat for modified exercises and check in with me regularly due to my limitations. The members are like a family and encouraging when the routine seems tough. I love the structured routines and the variety of class times.
The membership fees are misleading. There is a colorful flyer that list 6, 12 & 18 month rates across the middle of the page. Directly under those rates and centered across the page states pay in full today and receive 10% off. I chose the 6mo plan and paid in full. I was informed the 10% discount only applied to the 12mo option. The flyer does not say that. The staff said the 12mo option and the 10% offer are in gray, that is the only option the discount applies to.

I LOVE it! I had been messaging them for awhile but never pulled the trigger and I don’t know why I waited this long! I have only done two classes so far but boy oh boy do I feel the burn. My second class I wanted to miss as my muscles were sore. But I didn’t I came and I did more than I thought I could! Such a great atmosphere and love the positivity from everyone! Burn Boot Camp is simply LIFE CHANGING! Next month will be 1 year that I started on a 7 day trial and never looked back. The trainers, facility, environment, and other members are hands down the best! I was very nervous day 1 but they made me feel so welcomed and asked if they should be made aware of any injuries right off the bat and then checked in to see how things were going that day. The focus meetings are another amazing component in where you have a 15 minute 1:1 with a trainer to review ANYTHING; nutrition, goals, general check in; it’s even okay to cry, no one makes you feel terrible or judged, in fact it’s the very opposite! Do you have an injury? No problem, they have a modification for that! The trainers will challenge you but you will have fun and it is so worth it. It’s 45 minutes a day of physical and mental change. I’m so happy I was introduced to the Burn family and that’s exactly what they are: family owned and a 2nd family. There have been days I’ve struggled even going due to life events and I leave happy that I showed up.
Pros: trainers, atmosphere, change up of workouts, focus meetings, other members, theme days, self change, challenges, and the list goes on
Cons: the amount of sweat after? 🤷♀️

Best place around. I prefer working out in a group setting and this is the best “family” around. Everyone is so encouraging and motivating that you want to keep going even if you don’t think you can. The trainers are amazing and what I love is that they always offer modifications, whether it be modding up or down, depending on your fitness level. Even more, the trainers will take the time to find out if you have injuries and make sure they give you exercises that will work. This is something that has allowed me to continue to exercise despite an injury. BEST PLACE EVER!!!

LOVE THIS FAMILY! At first, I was very intimidated just because I haven’t been to a gym in a while and was not confident in myself. Michelle was very welcoming and helped me through the process of signing up! From day one I knew Burn was going to be a great fit for me because Jess (trainer) took the time out of her own workout to help me through my first session! I love all the trainers there, they are beyond helpful with my workout. The trainers make sure I have proper form and if I have difficulty with something, they have a modification for me. I like that everyday is something different and we have fun (yes, I said fun!!). I love that everyone is so encouraging and inspirational. It feels great to be a part of this amazing community!

I've been attending Burn Boot Camp in Kenosha WI since April 2021 and absolutely love it. Everyone is very Welcoming. The trainers I have been able to experience (Max, Theresa and Jess) are observant and gives everyone equal attention. They really see you, even if you're in the back and they are in the front ;) and push you when they know you can give a little bit more but also help you with modifications if you need it. Been a member for just about 3 years now. This place and the people are morning than a gym it's a community and family. The owner, trainers and staff go above and beyond what you would expect from a gym staff. I can praise the training staff until I'm blue in the face! I'm a spinal cord injury survivor and the trainers are always making sure I'm okay and safe during camps all while pushing me past my limits. I am doing things I was told I would never do due to my injury! Burn Kenosha offers so much more than what those $10 a month gyms could ever dream of offering! I love this place!

I absolutely love this place! I have tried other typical gyms before and always felt self-conscious and never really knew if I was using a machine correctly or doing a certain workout right. The trainers are very good at correcting your form and helping you whenever needed.
It’s also never a dull moment. The workouts are constantly changing which may sound overwhelming, but the trainers are very good at explaining each station and keeping it simple enough so it’s not too complicated. And they also always offer modifications for anyone that feels they need it.
100% recommend to women and men who want a friendly, almost family-like experience while also knowing that you are getting a quality workout with great supportive staff to help you along the way.

I cannot say enough about Burn Boot Camp. Anyone who wants to change their life should give it a try. No matter what fitness level you are, they adjust the workout to fit your abilities. After just two workouts I couldn't wait to go back for more. The exercises vary from day to day and week to week. You will never be bored and every muscle gets worked. The trainers are challenging and care very much about you. The staff is friendly and everyone makes you feel welcome. If you are looking to get in the best physical condition possible this is the place for you.

Joining Burn Boot Camp Kenosha has changed my life for the better. Their team is attentive, friendly, and motivational. Personal trainers, focus meetings, nutrition guidance, all have helped me reach my fitness goals. My social anxiety is usually super high at other gyms, but the structure and staff of this gym make it non existent here. One of the best decisions I've made in a very long time was joining. :)

I have been a member of many gyms in my day..... Burn is by far my favorite for so many reasons. The workouts are not only challenging but, effective and fun. All of the trainers are wonderful and informative as well as great cheerleaders. The community that Burn offers is astounding really. We are all different shapes, sizes, and fitness levels but, we all encourage each other. I also, want to shout out the owner Shawnie and the entire child care staff. My 3 year old son Sawyer has epilepsy and requires extra attention. Not only has Shawnie implemented some new procedures to accommodate Sawyer but, she has also been there for my emotional support after an emergency episode happened there. It doesn't matter if I need a hug or a hand carrying a kid to the car Shawnie is always there with a smile on her face. The child care staff is wonderful with the kids and I am so grateful that I have found this gym. I drive 45 minutes each day to come and it's worth every mile on the road for the workout and peace of mind with my kids. Thank you Burn!

I joined Burn about 2 years ago. My prior trainer had moved away and I needed to find a new gym, but wanted a place with trainers. I found just that and SOOOOO much more! Burn is such a wonderful, open, and inspiring community and gym. I’m so happy I took the chance. Before joining Burn I only went to the gym 2-3 days a week, I lacked motivation. Since joining Burn I’m so much more motivated I go 5-6 times a week! It makes you want to keep coming back for more.

I have gone the to the gym forever, however I like classes because of the structure. I would struggle with time availability at other gyms. At Burn it has the same camp all day with multiple times available to fit your schedule. Let’s talk about the trainers they are the BEST!! They help you with all your needs. I have been apart of Burn for 20 months but only with Kenosha for the past 2 months. They are like no other gym! I love it here so much! The trainers are absolutely wonderful! Being able to be told what to do throughout the workouts from our Professional Trainers was huge for me! I had gone to other gyms in the past and never saw results. Since having my 2nd child I was at my heaviest ever. I took charge of my life and joined burn and am down a total of 85 lbs so far. I still have more to lose and tone but i am not disappointed!!! If you are looking for a gym that isnt just a gym but a family and an awesome community to be apart of then look no further!!!

Love this place- it’s so much more than a gym! I’ve been at Burn for a year now and love it. I wake up looking forward to working out. The facility is always clean and well maintained. The trainers and staff are knowledgeable, attentive and super sweet. As someone who suffers from knee injuries, I can say that they work with you so you get an amazing workout every time. You are able to have one on one sessions with the trainers in regards to nutrition and they help you achieve your goals. If you’re looking for a gym this is your place; just know it’s so much more than just a gym- it’s a family!

My name is Lenay Carpenter and I’ve been a member at Burn Boot Camp now for almost 18 months. I’ve never been to a gym like this before. When you go to Burn you immediately feel welcome! The classes are very energetic, and all the trainers go out of their way to push you to try harder. This makes me feel very motivated and makes me see results faster! Burn Boot Camp has so much to offer! Staff is welcoming and super friendly. Amazing workouts that include a variety of exercises. It’s a group camp but many times it feels like personal training. Trainers are attentive and are always checking in to see how they can tailor the exercises to fit your needs. Membership includes monthly focus meetings to give you a chance to really learn about your body and also gives you the opportunity to sit and talk 1:1 with a trainer about your goals. The information I have learned from my focus meetings has been so helpful in helping me meet my goals. They offer several camp times during the day, making it easy to work with most any schedule. When I first started, I have to admit, I was nervous and unsure if I could keep up but, my nerves quickly disappeared once I saw how much it felt like a big family, where everyone was rooting for one another. Whether it be from the other members, the owner, staff, or trainers (who are often working out during camps alongside the members), it really feels like everyone wants to see you succeed as much as you want it for yourself. My best advice is, GIVE IT A TRY! You have nothing to lose, especially because they offer a free trail.

As a busy mom of 4, Burn has transformed my life. I needed to find the time to give the time to myself, while meeting the needs of my family at the same time. My kids all enjoy Kids club, they come home with the cutest projects and pre covid would Cheer us on during our workouts by making signs/waving. Burn does amazing things in the community including blood drives, make a wish events, and gathers Christmas presents for kids/families- plus so much more.
As far as the workouts and lifestyle go, focus meetings are unlike anything at any gym I’ve been to before- and they are included in your membership (as is kids club). I’ve learned a lot about muscle Gain, metabolism, caloric intake, and fat loss through the meetings but also at the end of every camp- the talk the trainers give us is uplifting and encouraging. The trainers in Kenosha are nothing short of amazing in so many ways. They Can manage the entire room, modify to your needs, and push you further than you thought you could go at every camp. They are knowledgeable, consistent, and strong 💪
Burn COO also has a coffee and kettlebells podcast that I listen to from time to time, and the doctors/experts Morgan Kline (the COO) brings in to talk on specific topics confirms how rooted and solid of a foundation this company has. I’m constantly learning something new about fitness and health on these podcasts.
Lastly, The quotes on the wall posters or bulletin board, affirmations and story’s on the Facebook page, honestly from the trainers in their own fitness journey, and members inspire me every camp! I’m so happy that Shawnee mentioned the gym during my sons field trip so long ago - I wrote it down and emailed it to myself- my only regret is that it took me to long to finally check it out- I wish I went the next day! When I did, I tried a 4 week challenge and haven’t looked back since ❤️

Burn Boot Camp Kenosha is the first ever gym I joined in January 2020 and I will never go anywhere else!! The trainers do everything to push you, help you improve, help you understand “stations”, help you with nutrition and are always there for you. The environment of the Burn community is unlike anything I’ve ever experienced. I joined Burn Boot Camp intimidated to start my first camp. I was worried that I would stand out like a sore thumb not being able to do a simple push up, but boy was I in for a huge surprise. The trainers at Burn Boot Camp are not only compassionate but they are like family. The support that you get from the trainers and ALL of the people there is amazing. I have been with Rec Plex in Pleasant Prairie since 2008 and never have I have anyone put my personal weight loss goals first. I love the energy that comes with the camps and the trainers and I am so excited to see what the next 18 months will bring for my health as well as the challenges to come.
