Our Members enjoy access to unlimited 45-minute workouts produced by top Trainers, designed to engage your full body and deliver complete body change. If you were like me and have been contemplating joining burn bootcamp for a while, this is your sign to join (at least for one camp)! I been going to burn for just over two months now and am surprised at how much I am enjoying it. The people who attend and other staff members are motivating and really want you to succeed and keep showing up. I never feel judged for modifying workouts or not knowing what I am doing/asking for help. The trainers have the perfect balance of pushing you while supporting you and seeing where you need extra instruction or guidance. Regardless of fitness level, they will meet you where you are at. I never thought Iโ€™d want to be in a group workout setting but it has made me more accountable and consistent. I am excited to continue this journey!

I have been attending Burn Boot Camp La Crosse for just under a month, and I have had an amazing experience. My first day I was greeted with smiles, high fives and a sense of belonging. I came during a time in my life that I needed a change I needed a space that I could go for me, to once again feel like myself. The first session was intense as it had been some time since I had worked out in the high end of my target heart zone, but every time I thought I couldn't do it a trainer would swoop in with encouraging words communicating that I could do hard things. I knew in that moment that this was going to be a safe place to come and improve my strength. I entered this space with many injuries and the trainers have gone out of there way to modify movements to ensure that I can still participate and in this short amount of time I have been able to increase my lateral movement and reintroduce small jumps back into my life. The journey is all about progress and not perfection and I know with time, I will continue to grow and work to achieve my goals. I am so happy that I found my way into this community and look forward to the progress that I will make over the next year.

They charge over $1000 to leave, even for medical reasons approved and written by a doctor. The classes NEVER have enough equipment to go around so you are stuck with a weight that doesn't work for you, there isn't even enough room on the mat, I would pretty much have to do all of my workouts on the walk-in floor. You can also forget about any personal help, they do not regulate the classes so it is always overcrowded. You can get the same thing at the Y for 1/5 of the price.

I started going to burn about two months ago and have been so impressed and thankful for the impact it has had on my life in a short time. I have always enjoyed fitness, but had gotten into a lone lifter rut, and was definitely in need of a change. I love how burn has reinvigorated my love for fitness, a challenge, and also for people. The trainers are amazing one of a kind type of people, and I love the push that they give during the bootcamps. All who attend are so welcoming and kind, and itโ€™s so nice to have camaraderie. I noticed right away after I started attending that I was losing weight and getting more toned in my core than Iโ€™ve ever been able to achieve. My stamina has increased and when I went to lift heavy at the gym the other day, after not for a few weeks, a I had increased my PRs for heavy lifts significantly. I love how burn is such a small time commitment so I am able to go consistently 5-6 days a week. Itโ€™s something I look forward to and get excited about every week now. Thanks burn family!!

I took a little over a year off from Burn to try other modes of exercise. After 4 years, I thought I needed something more gentle, more time outside, more alone time, etc, I had fun trying dance, Pilates, walking, and running outside WHEN I did it, but I kept getting up out of bed later and later, and sometimes not exercising until the afternoon, leaving me feeling sluggish all day! Eventually, I wasnโ€™t exercising and feeling terrible physically and mentally. My husband encouraged me to try a free week. I did and signed on the first day back!!! I am so glad to be back! I modify a lot now; sometimes I donโ€™t even use weights. I do the exercises using my body weight alone, and itโ€™s still a great workout that tones and strengthens!
I do all push ups from my knees, use a ledge instead of the floor,etc. All the trainers are helpful, get to know your individual needs quickly, and ALWAYS provide modification as needed. I love the varied, never-the-same -twice workouts, I love the encouragement of the trainers and the people, I love never having to plan or think about my workout, I love the floating floor which is gentle on the joints, I love bring greeted warmly by the desk staff and trainers EVERYDAY, and I love how I feel each morning after my morning workout.

I thoroughly love going to Burn! What I love most is the community, the intensity of camps and most importantly that I can dedicate time to myself!

I joined Burn Boot Camp in 2019 after recently moving to the area from Nebraska. I didnโ€™t know anybody and I was looking for a gym that offered classes, had a great environment as well as childcare. I started on a trial period and loved it! My journey has not been perfect or easy but I am focusing on me and love all the encouragement I receive!

While I am shy, I have met many kind people here which makes it fun place to be! Everyone is kind, encouraging and there is no room for judgement here. I love that I can go at my own speed and modify any workout if I need to. You donโ€™t need to be an expert and the trainers are amazing and helpful with modifications where needed. The one on one meetings with the trainers has helped me to achieve my goals no matter how small.

I have even brought my son now that he is older to several kids camps and he loves it. What other community includes your kids and encourages them to get moving?!?

I was SO against joining Burn when I had been approached in the past. Then a friend managed to ask me to give it a try at a time when I was bored with my home workout routine. I told her I would give it a month of Commit2Fit and that was likely going to be it. Boy was I wrong! By week 2, I was pretty sure I was hooked. I've struggled with my weight since I was 15 and never found anything I could stick to. Burn changed that. The trainers and all the staff immediately made me feel welcome and that I belonged. I now go to the gym 5 days a week at 6:30 in the morning. For someone who believes nothing important should happen before noon and would much rather be sitting in a chair with a good book, this is HUGE. I HIGHLY recommend giving Burn a try, you won't regret it ๐Ÿ’™

If you have been trying to find a place to work out because you don't know how to use the gym equipment at PlanetFitness or AnytimeFitness.... OR if you work out better with people around you that will MOTIVATE you, THIS IS THE PLACE! At first, the promo videos I saw looked so scary. I thought to myself, "My gosh! I can't do those many burpees!" or "Jeez!!! My body can't bend that way!" WRONG! The trainers here DEFINITELY look out for you! They look at your form, they correct you, they don't FORCE you to lift heavy, they are there to help you be a better you! I'm not there just for the work out either. These people have become like family to me. I get excited to see my friends! Seriously, you won't regret it! (AND NO! I'm not getting paid to write an awesome review! LOL These words come from my heart!!!)

Burn Boot Camp is a magical place! Every single person in that building cares about you. Iโ€™ve been going to burn for four months and will never go back to a traditional gym. I went on vacation for a week and not everyone knew. When I got back, some of the people in my normal workout time were worried about me. The trainers help motivate you when you want to give up and the other members are always encouraging! There is no judgment and you donโ€™t have to worry about the level you can preform. I was very skeptical of a camp-style workout. I didn't think it was something I would enjoy until I tried it. Every exercise can be modified to your own personal ability so it's truly YOUR 45 minutes. The trainers help find what is best for you and they also push you to do things you didn't think you could! Great place to work out, trainers actually take the time to get to know you. There are always 3 options plus given for each exercise, exercise itself a mod up a mod down and an alternative if you are not able to do the exercise. I have absolutely fallen in love with working out! NEVER did I think that I would say that out loud. It is to the point that when I miss a day when traveling for work or a busy schedule, I truly miss it. ODD right? Not at all. You will feel the exact same way once you join the Burn family. I used to be runner, but running isn't for me. Too many injuries that tend to set me back months and put me in rut. I also am a Y member. As great as the Y is for family, it isn't for me for working out. I need that push, I need that community, I need that challenge and it was impossible for me to do it for myself at the Y. At Burn, not only do the trainers (Brittany, Zachary, and Matt) push me, but the entire Burn family pushes me EVERYDAY on that floor and off the floor. I have not only become mentally and physically stronger, I have made some great friends too! Since joining in April, I have gained so much with burn. I have gained confidence, motivation, accountability and so much more. But most importantly, I have gained a second family. My people. These girls are all amazing to be around andfree always lift you up. I had gym memberships before but always disliked working our around other people in case they watched me or judged me. At burn, the only judging people are doing is to notice how much you're improving. My mind and body are improving so much every day and I can't imagine not waking up every day to go do something new (as no two days are ever the same.) Is it hard? Absolutely. Is it worth it? Absolutely. Will I be staying for a long time? Absolutely.

I'm NOT a morning person and can be easily bored with work outs....this place is changing my life. I now workout at 530am and the work outs are different everyday. The staff are upbeat and fun, the environment is uplifting and it's perfectly located right on a main drag so that going to work afterwards is easy. Live this place

I tried out this Burn Boot Camp location on a trial basis and really enjoyed the few classes I did there! Very clean facility, with a lot of space. The trainer was very friendly, motivational, and helpful - good for individuals not familiar with the workouts. She also did a great job demonstrating modifications to people who struggled with the exercises. The group setting makes it more fun than traditional exercise classes. I didn't end up getting a membership because it's not in my budget right now, but I would highly recommend doing the free trial if you're at all interested! Definitely got a good sweat on!

Doing my 30 day free trial. About 2 weeks in & loving it! Thought I'd try this for a change from the gym grind..It is such a great challenge. It's no joke! It is a great sweaty hard core work out .Always super high energy & always different. Brittany is a killer trainer & motivator. I love the burn!
