Burn Boot Camp in Sussex, WI features a constantly-changing mix of cardio, HIIT, and strength training so you never get the same workout twice. Our Members enjoy access to unlimited 45-minute workouts produced by top Trainers, designed to engage your full body and deliver complete body change. Each workout takes place on our signature Floating Floor that helps produce results for every fitness level. As a gym designed for busy lifestyles, we offer free Childwatch at every location, personal meetings with trainers, and a universal membership that allows our Members to visit any gym without drop-in fees. I’m just over a month in and loving Burn Boot Camp! The classes challenge me and I feel stronger and healthier already. Lori and all the trainers are so helpful. They take the time to give one on one instruction to ensure proper form and are very motivating. The childcare set up is so easy and there is a major sense of community. I have been a member for just over 2 months and I can’t say enough good things. They really meet you where you are at and they push you but in the best way possible! I haven’t felt any judgement just support from the trainers and from other members! I have tried a lot of other things and this is the only thing I have stuck with. I am going 4 times a week! My goal has always been to just do 3 times a week. I love Burn so much I am exceeding my goals!

I stepped into the Sussex Burn community a month ago. The trainers are phenomenal. The energy they provide to every session is motivating and inspiring. Burn Bootcamp Sussex has a strong community feel that is always welcoming to new members! It's hard walking in somewhere into a workout where you have no idea what's going on. But the trainers are on top of their game with assisting you, seasoned members step in and help and you leave feeling accomplished!
They have also mastered incorporating some personal training into a group setting, they know their members and spend time encouraging members thru the workout to the level needed. I’ve been going to Burn Boot Camp Sussex for over 3 years now. Before Burn, I never stuck with working out. I’d try at home or at a gym, but as soon as I got tired, I’d stop. Burn keeps me motivated and I feel so good after every workout.
Lori has made Burn Sussex such a welcoming, clean, and positive place. I usually go at 4:45am during the school year and switch it up in summer. They have so many camp times, it always fits my schedule.
The trainers are amazing. Jean pushes me hard on conditioning days and really helps me stay on track. All the trainers care about you and want you to succeed. Many of them started just like me, so they understand.
I’ve made good friends here too. We support each other and have fun, even at 4:45am. Burn Sussex is more than a workout. It’s a great community and I’m so glad to be part of it. Highly recommend! 💙

I am 25 classes in and already seeing noticable results in how I look and how I feel. I am so thankful for the amazing trainers at this gym who care so deeply in ensuring you are challenging yourself and proud of yourself. It truly is like a second family. I hate to exercise but I also hate to be old and stiff - so off I went to Burn Boot Camp in Sussex this summer. The instructors are fantastic in modifying the exercises to my fitness level while encouraging me to continue to improve. I like the variety of exercises and I am always drenched in sweat - oh, sorry - glistening and glowing after every class! I feel better and the instructors and clients are very friendly. I'm happy to recommend this camp to any age and fitness level - they're GREAT!

I’m more of a workout at home person but my best friend insisted that I try it out with her and this place has been life changing! From the incredible amount of support, encouragement, and high energy this place is bound to set your fire as it did mine! It is more than a gym. It’s a community of women supporting women and building relationships that help us evolve not only physically but mentally as well. Whether you’re beginning your fitness journey or you’ve been in it for awhile this is the place that has the change you’re looking for! Despite my injuries and hesitation to make a commitment for a year to a gym, I can honestly say it’s the most supportive, positive, non-judgmental environment I’ve belonged to. Burn Sussex is the best gym I’ve ever been a member at and I have tried them all. I love all the different varieties of classes and being able to just show up no matter what kind of physical shape you are in. All the trainers and staff are super motivating and have pushed me over the last year to do strength moves I didn’t know I could do. The trainers recognize every level of fitness and it does feel like personal training, they are just great. The music is fun and entertaining. The staff and other gym members are always welcoming. Love this place! It seriously changed my life! If you're looking for a place to push you hard and encourage you even harder then this is it! If you are looking for an empowering and encouraging community that will help support you in achieving your fitness goals (whatever they may be) look no further! Complimentary child-watch and a wide variety of camp times are a bonus! The trainers work hard to know each client and their goals and are an incredible means of support as well!
