I've been working with Jason at Dutchmen Kettlebells for 2 years now and I can't recommend his services enough. I've been waiting years for a non-group based kettlebell trainer in the area as most of those group training facilities don't provide enough care for their client's well-being. Jason is always staying on top of my workouts and asking how things are feeling both before and after each session. The facility is super clean and all of Jason's other clients I've met have been friendly and the atmosphere within the gym is always a bright one. I travel quite a bit and Jason is always willing to work with me and my dynamic schedule.

Well, I don’t know where to begin, but begin I shall. As Jason’s oldest client age-wise at 79.3, and maybe longest or second longest client, I can, without reservation, say that “The Run” has been life-changing for me. I cannot imagine not doing personal training. From past experience and being a gym goer since the age of 23, and watching other trainers work with clients, that I would not hire the vast majority of them. Their energies seem to be focused elsewhere and not on the paying client. Jason subscribes to the mantra that if you can’t do it with proper form, then we will not do it and find another way to accomplish nearly the same thing. Not only is Jason knowledgeable and professional and a “clean freak,” he makes the training session FUN, something so critical with something so physically demanding as squatting and deadlifting and pull ups. For fear that my word limit might be reached soon, I will say BYE BYE. Give it a TRY.

I have been working out with Jason for 10 years now and it has been amazing. I started my journey as one day I was out of breath walking up the basement steps and I had 2 younger children at the time as well and couldn’t partake for long periods of time with them and had a lot of knee pain. Through his motivation and accountability. I was able to be come health, better movement without pain and enjoy doing things with my kids. I now have my husband going now as well. He truly helped me regain my confidence back as well as my health.
