Elite Sports Performance (ESP) is revolutionizing the way athletes strive towards their athletic potential. At ESP, our mission is to create a well-conditioned, well-rounded athlete, with injury prevention at the core of our values. We believe that a performance program is only one of the steps into becoming 'elite.' Rather than implementing a "cookie cutter" workout for a group of athletes, ESP focuses on developing each athlete individually.

My kids love the baseball and basketball ESP sessions at PAC. Not only did their technique and skills improve throughout, but even more important was the growth in their confidence in the sports they love! I will continue to recommend ESP to anyone looking for sessions to help they children stay active and grow.

Our daughter has had outstanding experience with Kevyn and ESP and it was one of the keys to getting her strength and performance to the next level. We would very highly recommend.

Both of my teenage sons have done the various ESP programs (virtual, custom and conditioning) and have benefited greatly. They've learned how to correctly lift and have built muscle - which was their main goal to help them in their sports. During this time of Covid, I appreciate that they also are making sure to follow safety protocols.

My son, age 11, has really enjoyed the ESP class. After about 20 sessions, I can see the difference in his strength and also a reduction of the minor injuries that would often plague him during a baseball season. More importantly, he really enjoys the class, the trainers and WANTS to go weekly. We do two days a week now, and he is always asking to do more. The only thing holding me back is finding the time. ;-) Highly recommend this, especially for the serious athlete!

I can't say enough about Kevyn, Brandon , and the entire ESP staff. All of them show up with a contagious attitude that translates to the kids. We've noticed a sizeable increase in our daughters strength and agility. Most importantly she enjoys every second at ESP, including the hard work. Thank you to the entire ESP staff for a great program and all of the individual attention and care you put in for our daughter.

Most knowledgeable group of trainers in the area. They do an amazing job of teaching and getting the best out of their athletes. No one better than Kevyn Feiner.

My son is doing his 3rd season with ESP and in this time I have seen his power and speed increase. He went from only being a first baseman to having enough speed to start in the outfield, and he gained enough power to hit 11 home runs last year. This is a great training program, we use it in the offseason but would do it year round if the baseball season allowed enough time. Kevyn and Brandon get to know each of the athletes, give them a custom plan, track their performance, and help them constantly to make sure they're suing the right form, etc... I highly recommend this program - in fact, I've already recommended it to some of my son's teammates.

Kevyn and Brandon lead up an All-Star training group for kids to get into fitness at ESP based on the child's own individual skill set and sporting interest. I've had my Son in ESP for a couple years now and have seen him grow so much as an athlete. As a parent you want to see your kids get better but most important to me is to develop a love for the grind(as Kevyn would say trust the program) regardless of the game. I never have to ask my Son twice to go to his strength work outs or agility class because the trainers there care about him and work with him many times one on one even in a group class and then he sees the relationship between putting in hard work and results. I think they should change the E to Explosive Sports Performance as they really do work on getting your child more Explosive and Exciting to watch, while most importantly teaching them to work out (train) which is a life long skill they can use long past High School or College sports are done. Thanks ESP for everything you do!!
