I absolutely love working out at Evolve. Maria is a fantastic personal trainer who has helped me push myself into a better person. I admittedly had commitment issues with gyms in the past. I never felt comfortable and part of the group but I couldn't recommend Karen and her classes more! She's phenomenal at what she does. Building community, creating support and increasing our knowledge. Coming up on a year and I can say my commitment issues are over! I've found my home in Karen's classes and approach.

I just joined here a couple weeks ago because I just needed a change from my last gym. I'm very impressed with the facility. Floor plan was very well thought out, it's exceptionally clean, and it's obvious there was a lot of thought that went into equipment selection, there's nothing that I can think of that I'd have to improvise on like I had too at other facilities that didn't have the equipment selection that Evolve has. The owner, Maria, was very friendly and even made time on her day off to come to the facility so I could take a tour and sign up which I really appreciated. I've been in the gym environment religiously for almost 35 years. I was an amateur bodybuilder with the NPC for about 7 years. I lived in Florida for a number of years where I had the opportunity to workout at a number of different gyms, with that, this is a gym that really sticks out amongst the others. If your looking for a new gym to call home or if you're looking to change your lifestyle and want to start your fitness journey I highly recommend coming here.

Stopped back home for a relative's wedding but needed a gym that had 24/7 hours and the machines necessary for a good body builder workout and decided to give this one a try. Facility was clean, staff was attentive and kind and the workout goal was met. Couldn't have asked for a better experience.
As a side note, I believe it's a female owned and operated business and I saw many women working out and everyone was so kind to each other. It was the epitome of women empowering and supporting other women and I was digging the vibe! Will definitely go back 💕

I had the opportunity to join a friend for a deadlift session at Evolve Fitness recently. I was surprised to see so much unique high end Hammer Strength equipment there was at this gym. Plus, they have very nice Troy rubberized plates. Not quite like old school iron, but I'll take it. I was also surprised at how few people that were there. I think there were only 3 or 4 other people there the 2.5 hours I was there on a Thursday afternoon right after work. The gym was very clean and Maria was very welcoming.

Without question, this is by far the cleanest gym in the area and they keep it air conditioned. Nothing is worse than working out and it's 80 degrees in the building. Today it was 90 degrees outside and 68 inside Evolve. They predominantly have Hammer Strength equipment and LOTS of accessory machines. Many people have multiple gym memberships, this is definitely your go to for accessories. They have equipment beyond what you'd typically expect such as a Deadlift bar, Safety Squat bar, Bow bar (Yukon), Belt Squat (Rogue Rhino), 1L Kneeling Hamstring Curl, a functional GHD, Nordic Hamstring Curl, Rogue Reverse Hyper, Pin loaded abdominal crunch (my favorite ab machine) and LOTS of other equipment.

This gym is incredibly friendly and easily the best kept gym that I've been to in the Valley. Glad to see an owner who puts effort back into their own facility. Check this place out for sure as it can fulfill almost any fitness need!

This might be the best 24 hour gym in the area. Competing with Anytime and Limitless Elite Gym it has a great personalized gym feeling. The lighting is amazing for photography and videography during your sets. Although the price may be a bit steep, you get what you pay for. All of the equipment is brand new and very high quality, as well for having 24 hour access and a very private feeling. I lifted here over the summer and felt it was never too busy where my workout got impeded on. Hands down, this is one of the best night owl gyms to go to.

Playlists ongoing on speakers are very fitting for workouts unlike majority of gyms I’ve experienced in the past as well.Large mirrors placed in front of dumbbells and squat rack to double check overall form.
