At FIRE Fitness Camp, we have taken the FAILURE OUT OF FITNESS by offering professionally coached training sessions by top tier motivators. FIRE can involve supersets, circuits, speed, resistance, and compound movements. The "functional" side of FIRE represents training the body for activities performed in daily life. Not to mention our incredibly successful approach to burning the most amount of calories during our 30 MINUTE SESSIONS by using short rest periods and intense resistance, which may come in the form of ropes, weights, bands, sleds, your own body weight, etc. The short rest periods also contribute to spiking your metabolism, which ultimately leads to FAST results.

I have been coming to FIRE for almost 3 years and have loved it. The coaches are professional and great in motivating you. They work with you on your goals and help modify movements based on skill or injury levels. 10/10 recommend!

The absolute BEST choice I made April 1st of this year was walking into Fire Fitness to check it out.
I have never been a fan of working out and a couple years ago I was diagnosed with an illness, affecting me neurologically, leaving permanent damage.
Everyone (and I do mean EVERYONE) at Fire has been so welcoming and supportive. Due to my situation, I do have to make modifications in how I workout and my new Fire Family is always willing to help me navigate this journey.

Iβve never been the athletic type but I wanted to improve my overall health and fitness. Well, with Fire fitness camp Packerland, I found that and more! Everyone is so supportive and welcoming. All fitness levels are welcomed and supported. Iβve tried other gyms and none come close. I am my healthiest now and keep improving. And the friendships Iβve made have been so important to me.

I joined Fire Fitness 2 months ago and have nothing but good things to say! I started with very minimal knowledge and experience with exercise and the staff makes it so easy to participate and not feel like I am less than those who are more in shape and experienced. Fire fitness it more than just a gym and way more than group fitness. Fire provides you with an environment that is beyond welcoming, motivational and a killer workout. It truly feels like a second family, everyone pushes you to work harder and celebrates your achievements along your fitness journey. Fire fitness is such a great experience, after just one camp I was hooked and have never looked at workouts and the gym the same way. The coaches and GM's are always there to push you a little harder each camp, you see progress so quickly with the program. I recommend giving it a try!

High pressure to join and I thought it was a little pricey. They do provide a variety of sessions, emphasizing an area of the body (i.e. arms day, legs day, etc) each day. The instructor is encouraging motivational. I guess it's up to what you are looking for in a workout.
