Fit Lab WI provides high quality private, semi-private or small group training to individuals looking to improve their overall well being and longevity through strength training and cardiovascular work.
I strive to educate individuals on how to move safely, find enjoyment in activity, and achieve balance and moderation for a healthy lifestyle. Clients will learn how they can enhance their life with movement and strength training. Ultimately allowing clients to do the things they love, reduce their stress and challenge their mind and body. Let's break the perception of needing to spend hours in the gym each day!

Lauren is fantastic!
I was afraid to start at a gym, unsure of strength training and looking at a huge uphill battle to regain my health. Lauren worked with my physical therapist and is always tailoring my workouts to me and my abilities, adjusting when needed. She provides support in and out of the gym, helping coach me on nutrition and in home work outs too.
I now love strength training and am always looking forward to our sessions. I used to dread a work out and I've never wanted to skip out! Lauren makes it attainable yet is always helping me progress.
Her past experiences being employed at a gym, as a pe teacher and popular places like o.t. and burn give her such a unique and in depth base of knowledge and she uses all of that to create programs just for you.
I would absolutely recommend Lauren/Fit Lab WI. She's changed my life and become a friend and supporter! Take the risk and you'll see so much positive change!! Thanks girl!!!! β€οΈ

Lauren is an excellent trainer! She is attentive to our needs and always has a variety of exercises for us. If you are looking for personal attention at a reasonable price, she's for you. I definitely recommend her.

I've been working with Lauren for just under a year, and it's been an incredible experience. She is highly trained, always bringing expertise and thoughtful guidance to each session. What I appreciate most is Lauren's kindness and ability to meet you exactly where you are, both physically and mentally. Lauren is an incredible in-home personal trainer! She's encouraging, supportive, and knows how to push me to get stronger. I really appreciate how flexible she is with scheduling around my busy schedule. Lauren's workouts are varied and engaging. She keeps a great pace and is extremely knowledgeable about strength training and proper technique. I always look forward to our sessions. Highly recommend!

Lauryn is fantastic. When we approached her about doing a mother-son group session she was enthusiastic and on board. She developed routines to challenge me and keep my 8 year old engaged and excited. Balancing such different fitness levels could have been difficult but Lauryn always found the perfect balance so that I felt like I was getting a good workout, and my son was always having fun. Beyond the logistics side of things, Lauryn is such a delight to work with. She was always cheerful, encouraging, and a joy to see for each session. Canβt recommend her highly enough.

Lets start with, I was in no way athletic or in shape when finding Lauryn I thought what an opportunity to get healthy one on one outside of the "hard and critical" world. I consider working with Lauryn a privilege, she never makes me feel like what Im doing is supposed to be easy, because its not, nothing worth doing is supposed to be easy. Ive had about 14 sessions and I know im stronger, steadier on my feet and I feel like Im far more capable. Training is more then weightloss when working with Lauryn, her focus is on total body health. Its incredible her knowledge and dedication. She has a can do mentality that is infectious, she has literally changed my life. Shes shown me im capable of far more then I believed, im literally stronger then I thought, and where Im not shes helping me get there. Never have I ever said, this is too hard, I cant do it because Lauryn makes sure I can do it, if Im injured she adjusts and I never get the chance to say I cant because when working with Lauryn she gives you tasks your body learns how to do, she teaches me to do the correctly so I can do them. It goes from, "You want me to do what? To, Heck yeah! I just did that!" Frankly, shes incredible and Im blessed to have her as my trainer. My children and I have all worked with her over the last few months and we tease now with our catch phrase, "lets get Bailey'ed!!!" For all purposes that is a good thing! I can leave my review with this, if you work with her you wont regret it, if you want to put in the work she will help you achieve so much.
