I have been a part of Fiternal CrossFit for over 4 years and it was the best decision I could have made to join. It is a great community with a lot of encouragement, no matter what your athletic abilities may be. The owners and coaches are wonderful and always willing to help and ensure you are getting the most out of your experience.

Fiternal Crossfit has been a game changer for me. I finally found a place that challenges me every workout but is so supportive and fun that I keep coming back consistently and that is key when trying to live a healthy lifestyle. Fiternal’s workouts and nutrition coaching are getting me to where I want to be.

Joining this gym has been one of the most life-changing experiences. It has taught me to set goals, work hard, and have a community of people with similar mindsets as you. James is an amazing coach and leader. The whole coaching staff cares about you and wants you to succeed. Would rate 10 out of five stars if possible.

I was late for my first dentist appointment and parked in the wrong lot. As I was leaving the CrossFit manager yelled at me and said I had just missed the tow truck. I totally get it! But trying CrossFit was in my list of things to do so needless to say I won’t be trying it there :(. Also the lot was plenty empty, so they could’ve spared a spot.

James Jernberg owner of Fiternal CrossFit has been my private coach for two years now.I wanted to share a few of my experiences with him with others. It's probably best to start at the beginning. James and I began working together while he was working at AnyTime Fitness and where I had been a member for about five years. My trainer left and James and I started working out twice a week for an hour. My first focus was staying injury-free. Goal two was to work on my upper body always the weakest part for me. Lastly, we also worked on mid-body/legs along with maintaining upper body strength. Let me tell you, it worked. James worked. He worked hard at making sure I was accountable, not only for my sessions, but also for my "off-day" workouts, and for my eating habits. I found that not everything could be accomplished in two hours per week, and he helped give me tips and encouragement to keep me motivated on the days I didn't see him. I've never been an athlete but I decided to try running a 5K when I turned 70(two years ago). I discovered what an impact James's workouts had on my endurance and I ended up running an under 10 minute pace(not by much but still under). I was amazed.

Fast forward to February of this year -- James decides to open up his own gym: Fiternal Crossfit. I, along with a number of other AnyTime Fitness members, decide to join him. At Fiternal Crossfit I now have four half hour sessions a week.James continues to encourage me to listen to my body , to do what I can do and not what I think I should be doing. He continues to make sure I get a great workout without serious injury. Some of our workouts are ridiculously hard but always rewarding. He continues to motivate me to keep getting better.James has GREAT energy and clearly loves what he does. If you want to become a better you, James Jernberg is your man!
