Grizzly is a great place to workout because they have close to 100 pieces of equipment, clean facility, friendly, and knowledgeable staff. They have done a lot of work with my kids in helping improve their strength and skills as it relates to the sports they participate in.

I enjoy reading the fitness tips that Grizzly emails every week. They answer questions on topics involving nutrition, cold plunges, saunas, sleep and several more that many of us wonder about but never ask. If you're curious about learning more, I highly recommend getting on their email list.

King of the Grizzlies for sure, great gym for everyone from the hardcore lifter to the casual lifter. There’s also a ton of machines so it may be overwhelming at first, but when you find the machines you like it’s amazing.

Grizzly Fitness Berlin is one bad ass facility, they offer a wide range of machinery. The environment is welcoming and the staff are very friendly. Great experience! Been going to this gym for almost a year now and I love the amount of machines they have and it’s always organized and clean! My 12 year old goes with me every other week and he loves it too! Everyone has been extremely nice and helpful and highly recommended!

I’ve tried quite a few local gyms grizzlies keeps me motivated makes me feel at home, and the staff are always very friendly and super helpful. My son also goes to the same gym and they are very helpful And have helped him along his journey as well. I love Grizzly. I started training with ETI Fitness out of Omro in 2021. I needed a gym that would be my home. I was going to a much smaller gym at the time. It wasn’t a good fit. I switched to Grizzly in Berlin over 2 years ago. I’ve since lost 50lbs after working with Chad and Heather at ETI. Grizzly fitness was instrumental in that process. It is truly the best gym around. I’ve traveled a bit and always make sure I have a gym to go to when I’m there. No gym has ever come close to what Grizzly has to offer in Berlin. There is so much equipment. Everyone is beyond nice. After a while, you notice the same crew of people there if you go at the same time everyday. I go after work. There is a camaraderie among those of us who workout. I love their heavy lifting room. Can’t say enough good things about Berlin Grizzly. Definitely recommend.

I’ve been going to grizzly for about 8 Months now, I was really intimidated at first, but it’s actually a very easy place to go to! I like that’s it’s a 24 hour so I can fit working out into my busy schedule. All the machines are in good condition which is a plus! I like how they have so many side rooms which personally is great because I feel less stressed about others watching me workout so I can do my own thing! The staff is very helpful and everyone who I’ve met working out there is very nice to! This isn’t just a gym for athletes, it feels like everyone’s welcome!

Accommodating to families. I like that they are starting to have classes, wish I could attend at the times they provide. Some treadmills are broke, there are others to choose from, but on busy days they are full. Owner is friendly. Very nice gym.

One of the biggest variety of equipment in any gym I’ve ever visited, and lots of it. You will never be waiting for something to use. From cardio in the mezzanine to a room for the real beef, there is something for everyone. Innovative management always looking for something new to shake things up.
