At FIRE Fitness Camp®, we have taken the FAILURE OUT OF FITNESS by offering professionally coached training sessions by top tier motivators. FIRE can involve supersets, circuits, speed, resistance, and compound movements. The "functional" side of FIRE represents training the body for activities performed in daily life. Not to mention our incredibly successful approach to burning the most amount of calories during our 30 MINUTE SESSIONS by using short rest periods and intense resistance, which may come in the form of ropes, weights, bands, sleds, your own body weight, etc. The short rest periods also contribute to spiking your metabolism, which ultimately leads to FAST results.

At 38, needed a change. Something to keep me accountable to all the positive energy I require to keep my motivation as high as my standards.
Fire fitness gave me that. A group atmosphere with an individualized plan for success.
I have made it over a year now, over 200 camps, and the motivation to improve and be a better example for my kids is still there.

Heart of the Valley Fire has been my home since the day they opened. I was working with a personal trainer at another club and was getting bored. I decided to try Fire for two days a week and fell in love with it. I increased my membership to unlimited. I made such great friends, I love the coaches, and the workouts challenged me. Since then, I have been able to encourage my daughter and my son-in-law to join alongside of me. It’s a great place to work out and meet new friends that are encouraging and positive. If someone is just starting their journey or have been working out forever, it’s a great atmosphere to come and get a great workout!!

Out of 44,640 minutes in July; I took 1,037 minutes for me, to work on me. 30 minutes, 5 days a week. It does not seem like much, but it is HUGE! I get up every one of those mornings to hit the 5AM camp with an AMAZING crew and GREAT coaching team!! I started FIRE back in November wanting to hit the gym again, but not knowing what to do when I got there. FIRE has the workouts, playlists, and EVERYTHING covered for you. Just come! FIRE is FAMILY and MORE!!!!

FIRE has changed my life, truly! I started there lost and not sure how to get back into fitness after taking years off. Nobody cared how much I could lift or how much I weighed. It was just a great community that encouraged me to push myself and do what I was capable of. Great First Experience!
Just joined and already loving it! The energy here is next-level – intense workouts, motivating trainers, Jen and her team, and a supportive vibe all around. Best workout!! Best trainers!! They know right when to push you to keep going and are always looking for proper form so you don’t get hurt. Love that! I feel so motivated when I’m here and I’m stronger now. I can carry heavier things and not get out of breath. This place has changed my life!

I am approaching my 200th camp and so glad I made the choice to be a member. There are so many positives! I have always felt like family, never felt judged, workouts are 30 mins and I don’t have to come up with what to do. It is a full body workout with some amazing coaches! The coaches push you but do it with compassion. They legitimately want you to succeed. Highly recommend!!!

The name says it all, FIRE!! The work outs really push me to keep lifting heavier and work harder. The community is amazing. We all work to push each other and work towards are goals, and at each camp the coaches are full of energy and help with anything from fixing your form to questions on better nutrition. If you haven’t checked out FIRE I can’t recommend it enough, and your first camp is FREE!!

I walked in during No-Pay November and have been hooked since. I never knew I needed this kind of therapy. Talk about a humbling experience on the daily. I didn’t expect much from FIRE when I started, and I didn’t have much of a goal. I just figured, GO! Hit the ground running. I love that you walk in thinking one thing, and then leave feeling humbled. You never know what will happen at FIRE. Each day is different. The coaches are wonderful! They really bring out the beast in you! The FIREfam energy is insane! What’s really rewarding is working out alongside others, who are battling their own demons, and cranking it out together. It’s a solo journey initially, but you really get to conquer together as a team! And if you can break a sweat doing it, why not? Best decision I’ve made in 2023!

HOV Fire has helped me change my life around. The first day I started, they showed me the compassion and respect they want to give every time a new client comes in through their doors. I have been there for only 2 summers and 120 sessions with them now, but the attitude that the coaches and trainers there has helped me get out of my comfort zone. I have never felt so alive to meet others, get to know and talk with them that I forgot what I was like back in my middle school years. As always thank you Fire for changing my life.

This club literally changed my life! I walked in the doors a year ago during the lowest point of my self esteem. The coaches and the clients were so encouraging and welcoming!

I don’t normally do this, but I am incredibly frustrated. I signed up for a membership at a business that now has been refusing to follow the CDC practices and governors mask mandate and refuses to refund my money even though they are the ones making this choice. When I asked them to give me a partial refund, given that they are not following the safety practices I was accused by the owner of blackmailing them. Please do not sign up for FIRE Fitness.!

What can I possibly say about this club? When I first entered their doors, I was feeling broken, exhausted and heavy both emotionally and physically. I knew I needed change and I knew I couldn't make those changes without support. And that's exactly what I got, I left there after my first camp feeling so accomplished. Everyone cheered, clapped high fives and encouraged me to come back. After a year, I can honestly say that this group of people has helped me transform my life and although I'm not yet exactly where I want to be, I know that I'm on my way and it feels so good! P. S. I've belonged to several different work out facilities, but being the busy mom that I am, what I realized I loved the most is not having to figure out my workouts. I walk in, the plan is already in place and 30 minutes later I'm heading home with my heart rate remaining elevated for almost 24 hours after! It's great!
