I had been waiting to try Hotworx for what felt like forever when I saw a friend post about it several years ago. I was so excited when I saw their social media indicating they were coming to town. I love the workouts, especially cycle! There are a variety of classes which fluctuate in time which I absolutely love for when I’m in a time crunch and if I have a little more time. The 24/7 allows for great flexibility in my schedule. It’s very clean, staff are nice, responsive and helpful. 10/10 recommend.

The 24 hour access, the friendly staff, and the effective workouts really make this place amazing. Emily, the assist manger, is always smiling and a pleasure to see. I’ve been going for 3 months and I’m happy with both my results and the studio as a whole.

Witnessed an employee chew someone out in the parking lot — I obviously don’t know the circumstances or the reasons for the interaction but it was pretty off putting, especially so publicly. I noticed this because I was considering inquiring about their memberships. How employees treat people is very telling of a business…

LIFE CHANGING! As someone who hadn’t worked out in years due to fibromyalgia, arthritis, neuropathy and a mama of 4… I was so nervous to start working out for fear of pain and it causing a flare up. I’m now going on average 4 days a week and LOOK FORWARD to it! It feels amazing to move my body without the usual stiffness I experience. I love warmth and living in WI, I always dread winters because it’s so hard on my body. This has been a game changer for me! My husband is also now going and loves it too! It jump started his health and workout journey. As a former athlete, I appreciate the knowledgeable staff and instructors that remind you about proper form and the consistency in workouts means I can track my progress as i improve on those movements week to week. I appreciate that it’s affordable and the 24/7 accessibility. It’s always clean, the staff are friendly and helpful, and you’re in and out without the huge gym hassle. Best part…. I’m seeing REAL results! I’m so grateful it came to our area, because honestly, I’m not sure I’d be working out if I didn’t find Hotworx.

Love this gym concept. The workout is intense and hot although you can control the level of heat. I do wish the mat, bands, and towel were all included in pricing as you can’t do a majority of the workouts without them. The mat and towel are not cheap!
