Jordan Carlson Fitness was created with the intention of making everyone's personal fitness journey easy and customizable. Every person has different goals and we can customize any program to help achieve anyone's individual goals. I specialize in strength and conditioning, weight training, and nutrition coaching.

I’ve have the pleasure of working with Jordan and I can’t recommend him highly enough! Jordan brings such a positive fun energy to every session and has a unique ability to connect with people of all ages. He’s incredibly knowledgeable and patient making workouts enjoyable (whether you’re a beginner or more experienced). He keeps me motivated and on track and has made our meetings something I look forward to. Jordan is also an excellent resource when it comes to nutrition, offering guidance and tips that complement the training perfectly. And, he’s just a really nice guy.

Jordan helped this grandmother go from terrified to confident! Highly recommended! Over a year ago I came to Jordan to improve my ballroom dancing. I wanted overall toning and more strength in the muscles that maintain dance frame and posture. A year later, my dance pro comments frequently on the improvements he has noticed. Thank you Jordan! As for the rest of the story, Jordan's business runs like clockwork. The payment portal is convenient and easy to use. His calendar is always accurate
and up to date. And he is super reliable.
As a trainer, without question, he is highly qualified and credentialed in strength training and nutrition planning to mention just two. His personality is fun. His enthusiasm for fitness goes beyond his business to his personal lifestyle. He's the guy that never has to work a day in his life because he loves what he does. I have spent time in the gym with personal trainers before, people that compete in bodybuilding competitions, marines, and athletes. But I came with an open mind and was able to learn new techniques that helped me get stronger. More importantly, Jordan is a stand up guy that is true to his word. It was a pleasure to train/prepare with him before I joined the armed services.

Jordan completely changed the way I view the gym. I just went by myself for a few months and thought of it as a chore but still went 5 days per week. But then my boss recommended him to me and I thought to myself, Why Not? Turns out, that was the best decision I made for myself in years. Jordan has me on a 3 day/week program and I am seeing more progress now than ever going less times per week. Now going to the gym is one of my favorite hobbies. The best part is, is that he is a really down to earth guy, easy to talk to and easy to ask questions. He works around your time and does everything he can to help you reach your goals. I would high recommend Jordan to anyone and everyone.
