I can't emphasize enough how happy I am that I found Jordan to be my trainer. As someone who has been lifting weights for over a decade but struggles with disordered eating, residual injuries and fluctuating weight, I've had bad experiences with trainers in the past. Jordan has never made me feel bad about where I'm at. We focus on improving and sustaining the workouts to build a stronger, more resilient body, safely. He has been genuinely encouraging as I navigate through my injuries and relationship with food. I appreciate his evidence-based approach and functional movements. Jordan is an amazing personal trainer. I started seeing Jordan almost a year ago after I turned 51 and I am very happy with the results. His workouts rotate every six weeks to coincide with a fitness assessment- a great way to measure progress! He challenges me to work hard but focuses as much on the form and doing moves the correct way to maximize performance. The proof is in the results: I’ve dropped body fat and gained measurable muscle mass. I feel great and stronger than ever before. Jordan is the 3rd personal trainer I’ve tried and by far the best.
