What started as some friends working out in their garages and public parks…and has now grown into a family of 150+ athletes called CrossFit Eastern Ridge. Using Constantly Varied, High Intensity, Functional Movements, CrossFit prepares the individual for all of life's unknown and unknowable demands. By scaling the the training to each athlete's specific experience level, our coaches empower you to reach the best fitness of your life.

I’ve been a member of Midwest Grit CrossFit for 5 years now and in those years it has been my place of growth, support and community. I’ve met and exceeded all of the fitness goals I had for myself with the help of the very knowledgeable Coaches.
This isn’t a globe gym where you are just a number. You are a family member, greeted by name every time you walk in.

I have been a member of MWG for the last 5 years and there’s a reason for that. The environment, coaches, and athletes are so welcoming, accepting, and supportive that I enjoy going to the gym everyday. The owner Rachael is extremely accommodating and extremely knowledge in the CrossFit world and welcomes you with open arms. If you are looking for a new fitness path - I would highly recommend Midwest Grit. CrossFit is for everyone.

I dropped in for a class as a visitor while on vacation. The community of members was so welcoming and friendly. Rachel was the coach for this class and I have to say she was one of the best class leaders I’ve seen. The gym was clean and equipment was in great shape. If I were a local resident and looking for a gym to join, I would certainly join this one…without a doubt.

I started at CrossFit Eastern Ridge in February of 2016 after being fairly sedentary for the previous year or two. I've stayed at CFER for 1 1/2 years because 1) the programming is challenging 2) the coaching is intentional and 3) the athletes (i.e. gym members) are simply a blast to be around. No matter what fitness level (coach potato to out-of-shape mom to professional athlete) you will be able to work hard and get better each day. You can definitely find a cheaper "gym" in town, but you won't find the same coaching, programming (they tell me what workout to do when I show up!) or encouragement anywhere else in town. Make an investment now in your health or pay later in life when you are on prescription pills and dealing with metabolic diseases like heart disease and/or diabetes. This is a super fun group of people and it's been a blast getting to see them several times a week.

We are so lucky to have such a top-notch CrossFit gym in Sheboygan County! The coaches are phenomenal; passionate about the sport themselves as well as caring, enthusiastic teachers. The community is welcoming and the facility is very well cared for. Be sure to drop-in if you are in the area!

By far one of the best decisions I made on my fitness journey was to join Crossfit Eastern Ridge. The community is phenomenal and feels like family, the coaches are knowledgeable and willing to help with anything you throw at them, and the facility is inviting and makes you want to come back time and time again. Intelligent, professional, and personable coaches. Wheather you're a one time drop in, or multiple year member, they work with you to make your experience worthwhile. It's not enough to be able to take part in a good workout; I could do that on my own. Being able to get that workout in with others and with coaches who make you feel welcome, and give you valuable attention, is what makes it more than just a gym. Having seen the opposite end of the spectrum, I would recommend this box to anyone.

The best fitness decision I've ever made. After trying dozen of workout programs and gyms this is the only one I can see doing for the rest of my life, results are insane. Nothing works so many different parts of fitness the way crossfit does. Group environment helps so much, all walks of life/shapes/sizes seeing great results. Can't say enough, amazing coaching staff.
