I've been training with Coach Jesse for about two years. I wasn't trying to lose weight, but to build useful strength for other activities. Jesse has developed several different versions of workouts to mix things up and keep me building muscle and strengthening my body. Just when something starts to feel routine, we switch it up and start a new set of challenges.
I always assumed going to the gym would be dreadful, and that if I ever did it at all it would be for the results. And while I appreciate the results I've seen, the true value of this gym is that I actually look forward to going. I enjoy the workouts, the discipline it has given me and the time I've actually spent there with the trainers and other members putting in the work. I don't think you get that sort of experience at bigger gyms.

Motifaith Fitness has been exactly what I needed. I’ve always been a little shy at the gym, especially when I’m on my own and don’t have a set plan. After having two babies, I knew it was time to carve out some “me time” and really invest in myself. I wanted a place that offered group fitness classes so I wouldn’t have to think or plan my workouts and Motifaith delivered.
From day one, the coaches have been kind, encouraging, and full of good humor. They push me when they know I have more to give. I never have to plan my workouts or overthink anything, they’ve got it covered, which makes showing up at 5:30am so much easier.
One of the things I love most is the community. You look around the class and see such a wide range of people. Different ages, fitness levels, genders, and body types. Everyone is welcomed and supported. Whether you're just starting your fitness journey or you've been working out for years, there's a spot for you here and I truly mean that.
They also go the extra mile to educate members on helpful supplements and tools without ever being pushy or salesy. You can tell they genuinely care about helping people feel their best.

This review is long overdue. I wholeheartedly recommend Motifaith for anyone from a novice who knows very little about exercise to experienced athletes who want to up their game & gains. I checked out Motifaith on the recommendation of a friend who has been going to the gym for years. After a back surgery a year prior, I knew I wanted to strengthen my back and regain my previous level of fitness. Lex, Jesse and Hayden were the crew to get it done. They helped me develop a plan, taught me how to lift weights and feel comfortable in a gym (shout out Jesse). They also informed me about the relationship between diet and exercise and they encouraged me along the way. Today I am healthier and stronger than before my back surgery. I feel confident walking into a gym and know how to use the equipment. Thanks Motifaith, you changed my life.

I always hesitate on trying new gyms because they seem to all be the same. When I came across Motifaith Fitness, it was not your typical gym. It was smaller in size but more one on one and group fitness training. Finally a place that I was looking for. I met Jesse he showed me around, offered their service's they have. I chose to do one on one personal training 1 a week bc I also work out at home. Not only has he helped Me with my form on my lifts but he also helps with my nutrition. I have lost 13 lbs since I started back in April 2024. Last week Saturday I took my first group class with Hayden and he was amazing as well.
This place is not your average gym. It's a community who encourages you to be your best all around. It's a family!!. Highly recommend you give it a go.

Since December, I've been training with Lex. Even with my busy schedule, committing to training with Lex twice a week has provided the accountability I needed. He keeps me on track and motivated. I've particularly enjoyed the structure of his training sessions—he definitely pushes me which, I needed!
The morning group classes are now a highlight for me - I started to incorporate these within the last few months. All the trainers are fantastic—knowledgeable, motivating, and always pushing us to do our best. The private gym environment adds comfort and focus that I really appreciate.

Lex knows his stuff, and hires the best personal trainers. I'm a current client of Hayden's. He's been able to help me reach my goals, including a loss of over 40 lbs between early Aug 2023, through the end of April 2024. I've not drastically changed my exercise or eating habits, but I have made a small shift in both, which is easier to maintain as a lifestyle going forward. Every day doesn't need to be intense workouts to make a difference, but you do need to be intentional in your movement and eating habits. The trainers and classes at Motifaith will help you reach your goals, if you make the effort.

Hayden is an outstanding personal trainer. He customizes your workout around your goals. He motivates you in a professional manner and pushes you to work hard. First, let me apologize for the long message.
I’ve always been intimidated by the gym. I needed to find a place where I felt comfortable. About a month ago I posted that I was looking for a personal trainer. Lex responded and recommended his gym. I reviewed the website, went in for a tour. This gym is everything Lex says it is. Unique, private, inspiring, comfortable, non-judgmental and the list goes on. I immediately knew this was the gym family I wanted to be part of. I can honestly say this is the best gym and experience I have encountered (and I’ve been a member of plenty of gyms in my life – ha!).
I started my journey a little over a month ago with Jesse as my coach. Jesse is knowledgeable, attentive, supportive, focused on my nutrition and weight-loss goals. Within this month I have seen the changes in myself – strength and physical body changes, most of all - confidence!
If you are new to the gym scene or you are looking to make a change from your current gym, I highly recommend you stop in, talk to Lex, take a tour. You will not be disappointed – the results will prove it!

Motifaith has the versatility to offer non-intimidating group workouts for beginners, advanced training for athletes, and personal training for even the most confident gym rats to reach new Personal Bests. As soon as I walked in for my free consultation around six months ago, I knew I should just join and get started with personal training and group classes. Lex’s years of experience in health and fitness has been a source of information and motivation for me and I’ve seen my strength improve, body composition change, and I’ve dropped 2 pant sizes and 15 lbs while gaining muscle. I 'm still fairly new at Motifaith Fitness but I have always felt very comfortable and right at home since the beginning. I go for the personal training and it's a very welcoming and encouraging environment and there's no judgement on what you can or can't do. My trainer is very knowledgeable and a great source of motivation to want to get better in the gym while also having fun and keeping things light. Can't think of a single negative comment to make about Motifaith. It has been almost 4 months since I signed up for 6 months of personal training with Lex and I can honestly say its been the best decision I've ever made. I wanted to join a gym but I had never worked out on my own expect for running and didn't know where to start. I knew I would hurt myself eventually doing the exercises I would find online and would probably get burnt out in a month or 2 and just cancel my membership. I train with Lex and he does an amazing job making sure I am performing every exercise correctly and walks me through everyone before. He is my biggest fan in my fitness journey and encourages me every single day to be my best. Amanda is also an amazing trainer. I don't train one-on-one with her, but I go to her group classes and she is super knowledgeable and helpful when it comes to working out. Both Lex and Amanda have a contagious energy that gets me through those tough workouts. Highly encourage anyone who is curious in personal training/group classes/starting your fitness journey to check out Motifaith. Love the layout of the gym and not having to worry about being surrounded with other gym-goers who are much more advanced. Never in a million years would I think I would enjoy going to the gym but I can confidently say I look forward to the days I'm in the gym with Lex and Amanda.

I am on a self improvement journey, physical fitness being a top pillar. In requiring a jump- start, I have, for the first time ever, signed up for personal training. I have been a member for almost 2 years. I enjoy the classes as much now as when I first joined. I previously was a member of the YMCA,Innovative, and Wisconsin athletic club. When I was a member at those gyms, it was a struggle for me to get motivated to go to class. Since being a member at Motifaith, there is no struggle to go to the gym. I go on an average of 3 to 4 times a week. I look forward to the classes, the trainers, and seeing the other members..Motifaith is definitely a gym that’s worth checking out. Started you going to Motifaith a little over a year ago, due to back spasms, wore a Tens unit to my first few Personal Training sessions to just get thru them. Today so much stronger, no Tens needed, much more endurance, easier movement, more flexibility, clothes for better, times faster. My PT Leah is supportive, addresses my needs and will adjust my sessions as needed. The owner Lex is more then just the owner of the business, he has a vested, truly vested interest in the well being of all members, and provides countless opportunities for all fitness levels to be able to improve their health. I cannot recommend Motifaith Fitness enough! I started my fitness journey here after having an absolutely terrible experience at a different gym. At every other gym I have gone to, I have always felt like I was just a number. When I come to Motifaith, I am always greeted by name. The other members here are so supportive of each other, you really feel like a fitness family! The trainers WANT me to achieve my fitness goals, and they are always striving to improve the facility. I made a request for different size dumbells (8 and 12lb) and within a week, the owner had purchased some for the gym. They ACTUALLY CARE about their clientele, and this is something that is so hard to find in the gym industry. Your first workout is free, so why not give it a shot and see if Motifaith can be a good fit for you.

Working out has always been something I enjoy doing but it was put on the backburner for a while. Motifaith and Lex helped me get back into it and regain the love I have for the gym! Joining Motifaith has been the best decision I’ve made since moving to Milwaukee and I wish I would have joined sooner! I started at a motifaith a couple of months ago, and it's been an amazing experience. My trainer Ryan is constantly motivating me to achieve my goals. If you're looking for a trainer who cares about you and pays attention to you to help you succeed in the gym Ryan is the perfect fit. Dealing with back problems and a broken foot make workouts difficult sometimes but Ryan is constantly there to make changes where I may need them. The thing that makes Motifaith stand out from other workout places is the trainers and owner at Motifaith truly care about your goals and work with you to achieve them. It's such a fun and easy environment. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a place to workout or get motivated.

I've been going to Motifaith 4 times a week for over a month and I absolutely love it. The classes are great and each workout has its own unique set of challenges to take on each class. No class is ever the same! The trainers are super motivating and like to have fun. It's definitely worth a try if you're stuck in a fitness rut!

I have worked with Lex in the past both in the personal training setting as well as the group setting. He made fitness fun! Very motivating! Completed both a personal training session and a flex 60 group training, both of which exceeded my expectations. The facility is fabulous with all brand new equipment. Achieves a great balance of maximizing results without causing injury while engaging in full body workouts. Both Lex and Austin are great to work with and I'd recommend looking into this gym if you're looking to hit your fitness goals. You will benefit from immense knowledge of all things body, fitness and health. I loved it!
