OM Yoga Studio is such a very nice place! The atmosphere is always positive and welcoming. The classes cater to yogis of all levels, so if your starting out you feel comfortable and supported.
The classes are always engaging, with great music that enhances the practice. I’ve had the pleasure of taking classes with both Tammy and Amoreena, and I especially love how Amoreena incorporates Reiki into her yoga; it adds such a calming, restorative energy.
I’ve also attended sound baths with Trish, and they’ve been absolutely magical and deeply relaxing experiences. OM Yoga Studio is a special place for anyone looking to nurture their body, mind, and spirit.

In from out of town and needed a few yoga classes while I was there. So glad I Found Tammy’s place!! OM Yoga Is truly amazing. I have been practicing and teaching yoga for years. I would highly recommend this studio to anybody looking for a place to either start their yoga journey or continue..

My wife and I took a class at Om Yoga Studio and it was a FANTASTIC experience! Nedra Blietz was our instructor and made sure that we were comfortable and overviewed what the class would be like. There was also the use of Essential Oils, which I found to be a unique twist that made the experience even more enjoyable. Definitely make time to check out a class from Om; it’ll be one of the best decisions you make!
