A wonderfully accessible studio. I love the variety of classes and I’m especially appreciative of livestream/digital studio options - perfect when your schedule doesn’t allow you to attend in person.

I have gone to classes all week at palm and pine it has been a wonderful community experience. My only request is that you put the bike rack back out so that I can keep coming through the winter on my own two wheels.

I have been practicing Yoga since I was a junior in high school and I've been fortunate enough to take a yoga journey across the country. I settled in La Crosse/Holmen in 2019 and Palm & Pine Yoga Studios welcomed me with open arms. The classes, the instructors, the community. It's impossible to find anywhere else. Life has its ups and downs, but one thing is constant; I always find my way back to the Mat. Community, Loving-Kindness, Integrity, Growth, Celebration. Lokah Samastah Sukhino Bhavantu

I'm so happy I started going to Palm + PINE! Classes are super easy to schedule online, and with the all-access membership it includes two guest passes a month which I've loved bringing new friends who have enjoyed classes as much as I have! All of the yoga instructors are extremely warm and welcoming. If you're thinking about starting to practice yoga this is the place to go!

It had been several years since I had been on the mat, and when I walked into Palm and Pine I felt the warm welcome from Kat and each instructor that I encountered, and immediately felt at ease. Whether you are new to yoga or you are seeking a place to grow your practice, Palm and Pine is the place to go! We are so lucky to have Palm in Pine in our area. :)

I've visited palm and pine when in town on several occasions! By far the most welcoming and supportive community I have been apart of. Attended one of the retreats they offered as well which was such a wonderful experience and cannot wait to sign up for the next one!

I have over 60 sessions logged with Palm and Pine now, and have attended all the different varieties of practice they have to offer. They are all great! They don't discriminate, and no favoritism based on experience, gender, race, or that sort of thing. I've had issues with other places regarding that sort of thing in the past. I'm really happy I found Palm and Pine. I'm thrilled to be a Palm and Pine Practitioner.

Palm and pine is such a welcoming, inclusive, and supportive community studio! I love the variety of class and workshop offerings. The vibe is impeccable with lots of plants, and more than anything though, the people - owner, teachers, students alike- are what make the studio so magical. Thanks Palm + Pine!

Palm and Pine is an amazing yoga studio! The instructors are knowledgeable and welcoming with positive attitudes. I love the variety in class offerings so that I can get a workout in or nurture my body and mind with a restorative class. I wish there were a few more class times available, but the livestream and digital library are great options if the class times don't work for you. I am disappointed with the new scheduling app as it only works on iPhone and iPad, thus the 4/5 rating.
Will change to 5/5 if app becomes available on Android devices.

Great studio. Both locations are beautiful and clean. Every teacher is welcoming and very clear about making your practice your own so you don’t feel pressured into anything. Teachers offer modifications for everything (to make it more challenging or more accessible). Palm and Pine also has a solid community with monthly themes to prompt your intention and connection with others. They also have lots of special events and worship opportunities to build your practice and meet new people. I LOVE PALM AND PINE!

A most welcoming yoga studio with several class times and levels, Palm + Pine is a wonderful community for EVERYBODY ! I'm especially grateful for the shift in my "headspace", inviting me to be a better human off the mat. I also appreciate the teachers using "trauma-informed language", so I can choose the level of intensity correct for me on each given day. Thank you Kat and team for your kindness and skill, making the world a better place, one vinyasa practice at a time.

I've been coming to Palm and Pine since 2019 when I would visit from California. In 2020 I moved back to my hometown, La Crosse. A number of things triggered my desire to return and one was seeing a studio like what I enjoyed in California right in the middle of La Crosse. I knew this small town would support me spiritually and physically. The studio is modern and clean, light and bright. All the teachers are lovely. My idea of a great studio is walking into a nice peaceful energy, learning something new in every class and having a flow that works for all levels. Thanks Kat for creating something that is an integral part of my life here.

I’ve been attending Palm + Pine as a student in studio and also through the 230 hour yoga teacher training. P+P is extremely thoughtful in their approach to yoga, making it holistic, authentic, and so accessible to all. It’s truly admirable! You are genuinely welcomed from the minute you step foot in the door or are in connection with one of the teachers. It feels like a true community, a home, and a safe space to feel seen and valued. Thank you for everything you bring to the La Crosse area, Kat and the wonderful teachers at Palm and Pine!

Lovely studio with great instructors. Owner Kat has done a fantastic job at making this place what it is by putting her heart and soul into creating a place for people to come together as a community and allows for yogis new and old to enjoy themselves each time they step into the studio. I have had the privilege to practice at a variety of studios over the last decade or so. All have had something to contribute to my growth... but Palm + Pine definitely ranks among the top. The connection from the teachers and the collective knowledge base is phenomenal. The physical aspect of the practice is tailored to all ability levels but this is not strictly a place to practice asana. It's also a place to learn and discuss the greater elements of yoga and explore the subtler energies that lie beneath the physical plane. I can't recommend this studio enough. There is truly something for everyone here.

As a native to the coulee region, a yogi, a business professional, a mother, and a mindful member of the La Crosse community - on my mat at Palm + Pine is exactly where I want to be. With the positive, welcoming atmosphere and the notable presence of the smiling and energetic, yet down to earth staff - this is a yoga studio that is worthy of root planting. I felt grounded and at home right away here, and my feelings of gratitude for having found this truly dynamic studio continue to grow. I look forward to building and strengthening my personal yoga practice as well as my relationships with Kat and the rest of the Palm + Pine crew for years and years to come!

This studio is friendly & welcoming for new yogis and more "practiced" yogis alike! The space is airy, calm and squeaky clean, and always smells amazing (not to mention it's SO CUTE!). They offer (optional) hands-on adjustments in most classes that are helpful to get the most of the poses. I started going here because of their intro "20 Days for $20" offer, and now I'm HOOKED! Would highly recommend for anyone interested in trying out yoga for the first time.

After a (too long) break from yoga, I am excited to find a studio that is extremely welcoming and positive.

The coaching is gentle and effective, and the mindfulness reminders are the part I realized I need in my busy-brain life. *ReallyReallyReallyNeed* :)

When I leave the studio, I feel more flexible, strong and settled with my thoughts.

The staff are welcoming and the students are accommodating.
Great tunes, too!
