This location, is large, clean, comfortable with plenty of redundant equipment. The staff is informed and friendly. While a small thing... this location still provided liquid soap in the showers.

The environment is chill - with catchy music, plenty of TVs pre-set on a variety of stations, and where nobody bothers you. The open concept makes it easy to find what you're looking for. The machines have QR codes you can scan to view how to use them if necessary... perfect for a beginner like myself. The locker room is nice, with awesome showers and hair dryers available..what more can a girl ask for? The massage chairs, hydromassage beds, tanning bed, and red light/vibrating plate therapy are wonderful. It's easy to check in with a simple phone scan from the app, and staff are always helpful with questions. For half the price of the competition, you can't beat it!

My most favorite part about PF is the staff. Kenny is an excellent manager! Second is the red light/beauty spa. It's my favorite after workout routine Third the machines that are available for use. Finally, the cleanliness of the club and that machines are rarely unavailable due to either maintenance or repair.

Plenty of great equipment for a variety of workouts. The staff is extremely encouraging and has even applauded me for coming back as a newbie. It's open 24 hours Mon-Fri, which is perfect for busy people like me; I just wish it was that way through Saturday, but employees need rest so I can understand. You can tell the place is regularly maintained, it feels safe, and as the phrase goes, it's a "judgement free zone."

Went today and started a membership, had a hard time at first getting the app up and all my info and Sam at the front desk, could not have been nicer and patient while I was figuring it out. Really friendly people, great equipment, and clean locker rooms and showers. Definitely recommend.

Stopped on a Sunday around 630pm. Clean facility. Great hours. Showers have excellent water pressure (like at home) and I didn't run out of hot water.

Great facility close to home, new equipment coming in July 2025. My only complaint is lately the parking lot lights have been off, makes it sketchy walking to and from my car for after dark workouts. Can we request the building management have those back on?

There is a booger on the curtain in the shower. Been there for at least a week. Maybe if you only change them once a month or whatever, idk maybe you could at least do a daily booger check? A lot of opposite than gusting people go here. And I guess the people that work here are just paid to stand around. Not make sure boogers aren't smeared all over the place. Who knew it's my job to clean up after the every ____ that is accepted here. Have standards. Hire people that work. This place is filthy consistently.

Great gym and amenities. The Black Card membership comes with awesome perks like tanning, the hydro massage bed, massage chairs, and the vibra shake platform—perfect for recovery and relaxation after a workout.

Spacious gym with lots of equipment. I want to point out two employees, in which Jack and Zoe were outstanding in helping resolve an issue with my membership.
