Clean and friendly staff. They remodeled this location a year or two ago. Showers are good sized. They got the rain shower head and jet shower head on the wall. Plenty of lockers to use. They have tanning beds, massaging chairs, the water jet massage bed. Plenty of exercise equipment. Went in around 1:30 pm and it wasn’t too busy so didn’t have to wait on anything. Will be back to this location. Got Walmart, Lowe’s and Home Depot close by if ya need to do any shopping.

I would come here much more often. The treadmills dont work! You press the pace and it won't go to it. They treadmill belts also skip. I have to drive past it alot to go to west allis where they dont have the problem. I want to have a good run and not have to worry about safety. It's too bad..

To management on machines I just had knee surgery replacement. And I need to do my therapy every day only time I can come is 6am to 8am they only have 2 machines and there always in use they need to get 2 more so you can come in and work out.i dont want to have to wait 30mins to use equipment. You got way to many tread mills and Eliptical machines.i have been a member for awhile.So I hope you can get at least two more of these machines.So we dont have to wait 30mins or im going to have to go some where else.its the machines that you sit down and you row with your arms. It's a good price. There is a no cell phone rule except for in the lobby. It's not enforced. I get to listen to people's phone conversations as they take away. People will be sitting on equipment playing their phones while others are waiting to use that equipment. Considering trying another gym.

My mother went to go handle a situation at the gym and she already handled it from corporate but she had to go in the gym and show them and the lady there Athena was very rude to my mother. My mom showed the email to Athena and she wasn’t helping out. Btw Athena wasn’t busy while my mom showed up. And my mom is trying to asking for help and she is saying in a rude way “ mama I read the email” and she said that to her several times. When customers would come in to check in she would roll her eyes to my mom infront of the customer. She is very rude and someone needs to do something about this. The worker was Athena who is also the manager. No worker should show this kind behavior at a work environment.

Morning work outs are great not many people there. As afternoon and 8pm PF is filled making it difficult to jump on a machine, dumb bells/bar, or bench.
Wipe your equipment before, and after use to protect yourself and be courteous to others. The staff dust, vacuum, damp mop, and sanitize the equipment off periodically.
Staff is very helpful. Morning crew are very polite, and know you by your first name.

Every Planet is different. Some have newer machines, or just different ones. Some have new massage chairs, and some are old and uncomfortable. Some only have 2 hydro massage beds, and some have 4.
I like it when lights are dim for relaxing after working out. Three of the four clubs I go to do that, but Kenosha keeps theirs way too bright!

I travel a lot for work & have been to many Planet Fitnesses in the US. This is one of my Top 5 locations. Compared to other PF's, this one is fairly standard with plenty of space & is kept clean, considering the traffic it gets. It is not the newest PF so you won't currently find some of the newer equipment you'll see at other updated locations, but I prefer the OG vibes of it all. The staff are professional & respectful as well. They set an excellent standard at this location. It would be the first gym in all of Milwaukee County I'd send a friend or family member if they wanted to give Planet Fitness a try.

Can’t complain about this place except for the fact that there are people who hog machines and be on their phones. I mean like bro get off your phone and hit your next set. I do hope they add free weight machines because i can finally do rows properly and deadlifts. Other than that it’s good; I have been coming here since Feb as well as I have been coming 5-6 days a week. Can’t complain about the employees and I like the fact that they don’t say too much when you walk in or out. Unfortunately my membership was transferred here from another gym when they closed and I was not notified. I also did not receive any alert, welcome, or membership information from Planet fitness when this transfer occurred. This Planet Fitness location is excellent. I have no complaints EXCEPT that most of the employees behind the counter could use a PERSONALITY. They are rarely friendly, some don’t even acknowledge you when you walk in the door — they just scan your phone & send you on your way. The customer service and management are terrible. I called last month to cancel my membership over the phone because this location is disgusting and smells like garbage. The person on the phone asked me to come to the location, but I couldn't. So, I asked her to cancel it, and she said it was done. Yesterday, I was charged $25 for my membership. I contacted them three times to speak with the manager, but the manager was never at the location. Now they are asking me to send a letter to cancel the membership. I recently had a very bad experience with this gym. The lady who I think is the manager at this facility, she denied the use of the massage chair to my guest. We have been going to Planet fitness for more than 2 years now and has never been denied use of amenities to the guest. Fact is we have been told when we took the membership that black card members are eligible to bring guests and guests get to use all the amenities. That's the reason we took this membership. If this is the rule why weren't we told about it before? And the lady was saying that the guest get to use the facility, so spa is not the part of it? And where is the policy that says guests cannot use the amenities?

I even saw the same lady talking rudely to some other member too, who was confused with which tanning room to use.

Manager has not trained her staff correctly. My wife is a black card member and we usually come together. Unfortunately, we didn’t know we couldn’t use the amenities together. Only she could with her membership.

The lady upfront made us sign a whole waiver and buy goggles for the tanning bed. We had never been told this by staff members before. It’s frustrating when management or whoever she was, give out these rules and we had no idea about them.

Hopefully she trains her staff better and don’t put this on the consumer since they haven’t done a good job of notifying members. Planet Fitness is a nice gym with many great amenities it’s a bummer the manager was so condescending and didn’t address anything.

My name is Sami muzahem and I’ve been coming to planet fitness for 3 years I loved my experience there until someone name gabi became manger she has been harassing me none stop and I feel very racially violated . I don’t know if it’s cause I’m Arab or what but ever since I’ve met her she has always kicked me out the gym. I’m under someone’s black card and I was asked to wait and I said ok then after I make my way to the couch she proceeds to make me wait outside in the rain and cold. Then when my black card member came she told me that there’s notes that I was banned from the Franklin gym. I did have an incident with someone but they unbanned me and we are on amazing terms. But gabi told me there’s still notes saying I’m banned from here and when asking her may I please see the notes she continued to look at me in a weird way and telling me to get out. I have never felt so insulted in my whole entire life. She has been harassing from gym to gym first I was going to the planet on Southgate and left because of her. OF HOW RUDELY SHE TREATS ME!!! Then I make my way the the Franklin planet fitness and she continues to harass me. Me and my Friends will be leaving this planet fitness for good. We once loved this gym like our home now we just can’t stand it anymore.
