This specific location has definitely been the cleanest planet I have ever been to! Very spacious and well maintained. For a gym, this place is actually very cleaned and well maintained compared to other gyms I've visited over the years. The staff are always great and friendly. A very nice Planet Fitness location. It has the Black Card amenities like the tanners and massage chairs. The locker room offers showers. It's a very large location and never over crowded. On bus lines 55 and 28. And most importantly, it is affordable. Only downside is they don't offer any sports or swimming, but that is true for any Planet Fitness location. I would recommend this location for anyone trying to get a good workout.

I went to this Planet Fitness today (2/17/25) after work and in the women's locker room another person was face timing with a male.
I brought my concerns to the front desk, as this is a major violation of the gym rules and personal privacy of everyone in the locker room. One staff member didn't even know Planet Fitnesses policies. They said there was a sign.
Unknown if they did anything.
Hopefully, if you were in the locker room during this time, your privacy wasn't violated with this person's face time call.

When asking about a policy the manager has no clue, 3 weeks later the professor manager figures it out and comes back looking for my debit card when my health insurance is supposed to pay for it all, they're now adding a surcharge to get my cash, this company is a bunch of hustlers
My insurance company said they're fully aware and that planet fitness is reneging on a deal, they're going to reach out in good faith or they're going to be dumping this company they urge me to go somewhere else.
If the workers don't know the policy to put on probation and it could be terminated and then they get trained all over again, how's this manager doing? Couldn't answer my question is he on probation now that he's coming back 3 weeks later with his head out of his butt.

Planet fitness integrity has gone downhill since they open, it's not a judgment zone when you're working out but boy did they sure microscope their workers to be top notch but that manager failed on highway 100 in Greenfield Wisconsin

I have been going to the Greenfield location for several years. For the most part it's okay. I have repeatedly mentioned the lack of adherence to dress code and they do nothing about it. Their advice to me is to let someone at the front desk know about it. Why should I have to do their job? They should be walking the gym themselves. It goes for both men and women wearing inappropriate clothing for a gym.
I have also had issues with their hydro massage beds not working properly and they constantly need to be re-aligned. Last time I was on one I found myself with my feet practically hanging off the edge to make the massage jets get up to my shoulders.
On the positive side, they are always looking to improve and will contact you if you leave a review with concerns. Thank you for that, it is rare to have good customer service these days!

Came to this location yesterday, although not new to planet fitness as a whole, this was my first time at this one. The greeting I received was very warm, welcoming and sincere from a "new team member." This same member was very swift and efficient at using a healthy balance between impecable customer care and cleanliness of the gym. I observed during my gym session a series of examples that stood out to me that made all the difference to the comfortablity I have in returning to this location to work out. This including, but not limited to... consistently wiping down the tanning beds (and/or spa area) after each use, proper wipe down of the machinery, very clean and properly stocked on spray, towels, and the garbages were being emptied in a timely manner so as to not create overflow, the attention to detail and going above and beyond with genuine willingness and a smile. Locker rooms typically get neglected in other gyms I've been to so it really stood out to me how immaculate everything was in there. I think I found my "home" gym! I will definitely be returning. This employee was new at that so they are lucky to have her because she is definitely holding her own. I asked her name she said "Alexes" so shout out to you girl!!!
