I love that I can go anytime of day. I can check out the crowd level on the app. Just recently I had tried the hydro bed and it was so relaxing after a workout. There's always some at the desk to help or ask any questions.

I had a question for Kayla at the front desk but she wasn’t 100% sure. Kayla sent the question via email to Planet Fitness. By the time I left she still had not received an answer but believed she had the right answer. A few minutes later Kayla called me (at 1:24 pm) and was kind enough to call and follow up with my question that was answered and verified. This is great customer service that we don’t see often anymore. Have a great day Kayla, you’re awesome!

Today was my 1st time at a Planet Fitness. Dakota was very helpful and gave me a tour, told me about the black member spa, and answered my many questions. I was able to try out the hydro-massage table and red light therapy after to rejuvinate. The facilities were very clean and not crowded at all.

The Gym That Truly Understands Me
Planet Fitness is the only gym where I can work out just enough to feel accomplished, then immediately undo all my progress with free pizza. It’s a beautiful cycle.
The “Lunk Alarm” is a personal favorite—finally, a place where I don’t have to feel guilty about lifting the lightest dumbbells available. Someone grunted too hard the other day, and an employee emerged from the shadows like Batman to shut it down. Justice was served.
Also, I love that the treadmills have TVs, so I can watch other people run in movies instead of actually running myself. Five stars for supporting my fitness and my laziness at the same time!

Plenty of equipment options without having to wait for somebody else. Very good job by staff maintaining cleanliness and that sanitizing stations supplies are sufficient.
I must add that Kayla (the manager)is a very dedicated worker. Very friendly disposition and I gather very dependable.
And I can tell her support staff likes working for her. Looks like she does it all....supervises, assists with new employees and I see her cleaning and taking care of front desk activities simultaneously.
I would say in my 10 years as a Manitowoc member she’s the best hands on manager.
I sure hope upper management is paying her well because trust me when I say Kayla is someone I’d hire in a heartbeat 👍

Everything is great besides the hours. Friday,Saturday and Sunday should be 24/7 as well just like during the week. I get it each okanet fitness is operated differently but when planet fitness first opened it was all 24/7. Friday closes at 10pm Saturday 7pm that's a bit ridiculous. The gym needs to be 24/7

This Planet Fitness location isn't the best choice. The mens lockerroom, the showers are dirty or broken most of the time...You can't hang your towel, because the hooks are broken.
the floors aren't moped most of the time...The staff that I remember. Stayed on top of the cleaning. I don't recognize any of the staff that's there now.
A year or two ago the lockeroom was a clean most of the time. Not so much now...
