It’s like, fine. It’s not super dirty inside, the workers are really good about cleaning, there’s always towels and sanitizer. The machines break often and when it’s really busy it’s hard to get in on a machine. The women’s locker room is typically clean but the toilet area gets pretty gross.

My experience at the N. 76th St and Goodhope Dr Center. When I was on the treadmill January or February 2025, this light skinned manager that wears glasses, had her female employee mop right in front of the treadmill that I was walking on.
You see a person has to inhale when working out on the treadmill. So, I inhaled those fumes from the mopping. It was done maliciously. Afterwards that evening I ended up going to the VA Hospital ER. I have Silversneakers program. I will contact Silersneakers to cancel all payments to that Planet Fitness.

Big parking lot. Relatively clean facilities. Pleasant employees. Just don't bother coming at peak hours, especially week days. You may get cardio equipment, but you won't have much access to the weight lifting sections.
Also, I wish there were more fans to help with air circulation. It's very muggy in here.

Planet Fitness East Capital a franchise of the parent company is a predatory entity. The company advertises cancel anytime but hold you to terms and conditions in your members agreement on cancellation policies. This is predatory and needs to be acknowledged. I paid for a membership I did not use for 3 months only to be told I did not cancel before the designated date to prevent additional charges. The corporate office has no bearing on matters related to the establishment as it is a franchise, which I believe is lack of quality service as why would I be given the number to corporate instead of them dealing with me directly.

This facility is pretty good. It’s clean, machines are in order and staff is very welcoming. The only equipment that’s need an addition is free form long bar bells for deadlifts etc. Rest is pretty solid!

The managers are beyond rude and unprofessional. One of them forged my signature. Every week there's some incident with a member being completely out of line, and management does absolutely nothing. They prefer starting fights with regulars who never create problems.
